Travis Kelce To Make His Acting Debut In New Horror Show From 'American Horror Story' Creator

NFL star Travis Kelce is going from the football field to on-screen as he is set to star in an upcoming horror television series from the creator of 'American Horror Story.'

The three-time Super Bowl champion is attached to the upcoming project alongside actress Niecy Nash-Betts, who recently won an Emmy Award for her performance in 'Dahmer.'

Niecy Nash-Betts shared a video on social media announcing her involvement in the upcoming project, asking her fans, "Guys, guess who I am working with on 'Grostequerie'?"

She then pans the camera to reveal the NFL star's face, complete with his iconic big grin. "This is what happens when WINNERS link up‼️" Nash-Betts captioned the video.

Kelce reposted the video, sharing that he is "jumping into new territory with Niecy" and "steppin' into a new world with one of the legends."

Kelce and Nash-Betts will star alongside Courtney B. Vance and Lesley Manville in the upcoming series. Reps for FX tell Deadline that 'American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is behind the project and production has begun.

While he previously appeared on TV for his reality dating series 'Catching Kelce,' it was an unscripted show, so 'Grostequerie' will mark his acting debut. He also recently signed on as host of Amazon’s 'Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?'

After sharing the news, fans flooded Nash-Bett's Instagram post, expressing their excitement for the duo. "You are the absolute cutest and I am so excited for you to work with Travis!" one fan commented.

At this time, 'Grotesquerie' does not yet have a release date.

Last year, Ryan Murphy shared a teaser with fans, and while it did not show any footage, Niecy Nash-Betts provided her voice to deliver a monologue.
