According to the DailyMail, Bianca's uncle risked being thrown back in jail after he was found to have been cohabitating with a suspected pedophile during a Victoria police raid in September 2020.

In the bust, a mobile phone belonging to his housemate was found with its contents allegedly including child sexual abuse materials.

Although he was cleared of the charges, Eris has now filed a statement of claim against the State of Victoria with the Supreme Court, noting that the raid was obtained "through misfeasance and in the absence of facts."

He claimed that the arrest "defamed" his good character and "caused him to suffer public ridicule, shame and scorn."

In the court documents, Bianca's uncle alleged that the police used a smoke screen case of a Brunswick property he sold to obtain the search warrant, pretending to be investigating an alleged fraud against the Bank of Queensland.

According to the news outlet, when he was arrested, he was occupying a property with two other men in Bulleen, northeast of Melbourne.

"(Censori) was in his bedroom, which had a window view of the front courtyard, when he noticed the gate open and an accompaniment of six large men entered all armed with handguns," the documents read.

"(He) immediately suspected the accompaniment were members of Victoria Police. The thought filled him with apprehension," he continued in the statement.

The cops alleged that the Brunswick property he sold was bought from him with proceeds from fraud, to which he pointed out that it was all seemingly a "mistake," as he was the "vendor" and hadn't raised "any money with any bank."

The documents further read, "Towards the completion of the search, (Censori) was shown a mobile phone retrieved from the bedroom of another occupant and asked questions about the occupier of the said bedroom and contents of the mobile phone."

Elsewhere in his statement, Eris, who has now changed his name to Tony Campana, stated that he wasn't close to the suspected pedophile roommate.

He claimed that the lead detective seemingly threatened him with his past criminal conviction for murder, stating that he was aware Eris had served a lengthy prison sentence and was still reporting to the parole board more than two decades after his release.

"Any criminal charges, even the allegation of being involved in crime, could result in a breach of parole, resulting in me being returned to prison and ultimately deported," he shared.

He was then handcuffed and paraded in front of his neighbors before police carted him away to the station to answer questions.

When he returned home, his suspected roommate told him why he was arrested and tried in an attempt to explain the situation.

"Mohamed tried to offer an explanation for why he had the image on his phone, and (Censori) replied in terms: 'Don't tell me. I don't want to know,'" the documents read.

He proceeded to recount how he was referred to the Full Board of the Adult Parole Board after barely a week, where they "determined not to return the plaintiff to prison for breach of parole" but warned him that any "further incident would result in his parole cancellation and him being returned to prison."

He reportedly told them he had no relationship with his roommate and knew nothing about the phone's contents.
