Dorit and PK Kemsley celebrated 9th wedding anniversary 2 months before announcing split

Dorit and Paul “PK” Kemsley appeared every bit in love while celebrating their 9th wedding anniversary just two months before announcing their split.

In March, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars shared sentimental Instagram posts to their respective accounts in honor of the special day.

“happy anniversary baby i love you ♥️,” Dorit captioned her carousel, which included PDA-packed selfies, wedding day snaps, and portraits of their family of four.

The couple — who share son Jagger, 10, and daughter Phoenix, 7 — tied the knot in 2015 during a stunning New York City ceremony after four years of dating.

PK also honored the special day by posting a video montage chronicling their relationship, sharing photos from their early days of dating up until now.

“I’m here , i see you ,I love you happy 9th anniversary and thank you ❤️,” he wrote.

Despite the loved-up posts, the British businessman was spotted out and about without his wedding ring just one week prior.

On Thursday, Dorit and PK announced they were going their separate ways amid rumors there was trouble in paradise.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot go speculation about our marriage,” the couple wrote in a joint statement. “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,”

“To safe guard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children,” they added.

They concluded the post by thanking fans for their constant “love and support” as they navigate this new chapter of life.

Dorit admitted on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast in November 2023 that she and PK had hit a rough spot in their marriage.

“It’s not like we’re heading to divorce court, but we were disconnected. PK and I, we really are very co-dependent and connected. So it’s the first time in the 13 years we’ve been together that we felt this disconnect,” she said.

“When we came into this season, it was really important for me to be open and honest and talk about it because it’s the reality.”

In fact, during the Season 13 finale of “RHOBH,” the mother of two questioned if they could get out of that funk.

“I love my husband, but I just hope, eventually, something can change because I have moments where I worry, ‘Will we be able to stay together?’” she asked in a confessional.

Dorit felt like PK hadn’t been supportive of her battle with post-traumatic stress disorder — which stemmed from a 2021 armed home invasion.

“No matter how hard I try, it feels like he’s never gonna take me seriously and be as present as I need him to be when I need him, and maybe he’ll never change, but do I have to accept that he won’t? Can I? I don’t know,” she wondered.

She also admitted that her husband’s drinking took a serious toll on their marriage but they were trying to work through things.
