Lala Kent has been making the rounds dishing on her relationship with ex- Randall Emmett. But is she aware that she is starting to look like a real hypocrite? Kent is now claiming she “really didn’t like” Emmett at all.
Lala Kent Can’t Stop Talking About Randall Emmett
MegaWhile appearing on Heather McDonald’s podcast Juicy Scoop earlier this week, Kent got into the topic of her baby daddy Emmett and it’s as if the flood gates have open. The reality star described her relationship with the producer as “existing”.
It lasted for five years and not one time did the Vanderpump Rules star ever indicate she was unhappy, In fact, she would go extra hard for Rand even if it meant slamming her co-stars and so-called friends in doing so.
Don’t forget she dropped her friendship with James Kennedy due to the truth he spoke about Rand. Can we take a moment to vindicate James? He told Lala several seasons ago that she didn’t really like Emmett. Look where they are now…
Now she claims she “couldn’t stand him” and she was secretly asking the universe for a way out of whatever their relationship turned into.
Lala Kent Wasted No Time Getting Out There
MEGAOcean’s mommy credits her willingness to move on to already looking at her life from the outside in. “My bounce back was super quick. I find that to be easy when you finally have a bird’s eye view on your life and you’re like, ‘Wow, I really didn’t like you, ever,’” she claims.
Emmett and Kent broke up in October 2021 after photos of the wannabe playboy revealed him entering a hotel with a young woman. The next day, Kent was seen moving out of the home she shares with Emmett and checking into a hotel room with her baby girl and best friends AKA her hair and makeup team.
After it was confirmed, the couple were going their separate ways, Kent described the experience as “traumatic”. Some might even say that she was going through a bout of depression.
Lala Kent Was Not In A Healthy Place
MEGAThe 31-year-old got deep on Juicy Scoop describing parts of her relationship that no one knew about. “I was existing in my life. I stayed in a bathrobe all day. I just felt like, lifeless, for a long time,” claims Lala.
“He’s such a mastermind manipulator that I thought he was really a good dude to me. So I made concessions for the fact that I couldn’t stand him,” she noted. “I was like, ‘But he’s nice. He takes care of me. He cares about what I’m saying,’ which, really, I don’t even remember ever being able to get a word in.”
That is not hard t believe. During Emmett’s appearances on Vanderpump Rules he often overtook conversations and seemed desperate to be around her younger group of friends. At one point it could be chalked up to editing but knowing this now… maybe it wasn’t.
Kent also shared that she was somewhat re-traumatized when she was scrolling though her phone and found a picture of the Gotti producer. “I put my phone down and I was like, ‘Thank you, Jesus.’ I felt euphoric,” said Kent.
So, Lala Kent Begged To Be Cheated On?
MEGAKent went on to elaborate on that whole begging the universe for an out situation. “I would beg the universe at night, like, ‘Give me something,’” she claimed. “Because for me, there’s no coming back from drug use and there’s no coming back from cheating.”
Can you imagine having to beg the universe for an out like this? Kent humbled herself and did just that for a while. “I would beg the f***ing universe, like, ‘Give me a reason to get the f**k out of this.’ And on October 15, the universe f***ing provided me with everything and more.”
Kent also shared that the separation has given her time to see the relationship for what it was. “I had my dukes up all the time because I was constantly being poked at in that relationship. I was constantly on the defense and that’s not me,” noting there as never a time to “chill” in her own home.
Lala Kent Is Pushing Forward & Annoying Fans
MEGAKent now admits she is dating again and only dating what she actually likes “I can get back to what I’m physically attracted to, tall, dark, and handsome, covered in tattoos, banging,” she claims.
She didn’t share who her new man is “he’s someone who should be protected just for a moment,” notes Kent. However, she had no problems sharing that she hasn’t had sex since July 2020. If you do that math that is over a year before leaving Rand.
This whole situation is rubbing VPR fans all wrong and they are not being silent about it. Kent spent most, if not all of her seasons being less than nice. She also regularly bragged about sleeping with Emmett on TV but in reality had to know he was in a full-blown relationship with the mother of his kids.
At this season 9 reunion, co-star Raquel Leviss admitted she met Kent when she was a known “mistress”. “Am I the only one who majorly cringes for Lala when she talks about her relationship?” asked one fan.
“I get that she’s recovering from a trauma, but I really feel like grown up Lala is going to look back on these conversations in a few years and wish for her own sake and her daughters that she just said… less.”
Another fan of the popular podcast shared that they just want to be “done” with Kent and her holier than thou attitude. “LaLa is not very interesting. I’ve tried to find something I care about w her, I can’t. She just blaaa. Just pretty. She adds nothing.”
Yikes.
