Trevor Noah declared it, and the world agrees, Beyoncé is the G.O.A.T. After accepting the 2023 Grammy award for best dance/electronic music album for her latest album, “Renaissance”, Beyoncé holds the record for the most Grammy award wins at 32.
That said, she did lose to Harry Styles for the album of the year award, a category she has never won it. Putting that aside, it’s clear, Beyoncé is called Queen Bey for a reason!
Beyoncé Thanked Her Kids And The LGBTQ+ Community

Host Trevor Noah joked about LA traffic, assuring the audience, “for real, Beyoncé is on her way,” as she cinched the Grammy for best R&B song for “Cuff It.”
She made it by the time she cinched the Grammy award for best dance/electronic music album for her latest album, “Renaissance”, and gave a rather emotional acceptance speech where she thanked her family, God, and her audience, with a special mention to the queer community.
Queen Bey started off by saying her customary thank yous, “Thank you so much. I’m trying not to be too emotional. I’m trying to just receive this night. I want to thank God for protecting me. Thank you, God.”
From then, she moved to her family, saying, “I’d like to thank my Uncle Johnny, who’s not here. But he’s here in spirit. I’d like to thank my parents — my father, my mother, for loving me, and pushing me. I’d like to thank my beautiful husband, my beautiful three children who are at home watching.”
Finally, she gave a shout-out to the LGBTQ+ community, crediting them for the dance/electronic music genre by saying, “I’d like to thank the queer community for your love, and for inventing this genre,” Beyoncé said. “God bless you. Thank you so much to the Grammys. Thank you.”

After her acceptance speech, Noah roared, “Beyoncé has done it, everybody! She now holds the all-time record for the most grammy wins, so we can finally end the GOAT debate. It’s done now. Who’s the GOAT? It’s Beyoncé. It’s done. It’s not LeBron, it’s not Jordan, it’s not Tom Brady, it’s not Messi. It’s done. It’s officially done.”
Beyoncé beat out Hungarian-British conductor Georg Solti for the maximum number of Grammys on Sunday. Solti did not just lead several renowned orchestras across Europe but he also held the post of music director at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for 22 years, earning 31 Grammy wins in his lifetime. And now Beyoncé has 32 and there’s no stopping her…
Her first Grammy nomination was in 2000 for “Bills, Bills, Bills”, back when she was part of “Destiny’s Child” and her first win came the next year, when “Say My Name” earned her and her bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams — the first two Grammys.
She has been nominated a total of 88 times as well.

She thanked her fans, her Bey hive saying, “To my Hive, thank y’all so much for all of your love and loyalty! Big thank you for the BREAK MY SOUL and CUFF IT wins!!!”
She then thanked her team, “To The Dream, Tricky, HOV, and Big Freedia. I love y’all! Syd, I’ve always been such a fan of yours. Thank you. Nova Wav, Morten Ristorp, Raphael Saadiq, and Nile Rodgers, thank you for pouring into CUFF IT. Big thanks to Sabrina Claudio, Nick Green, and Patrick Paige II. PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA is my favorite song on RENAISSANCE most days. It’s hard to pick though. Haaa.”
She also went on to express her gratefulness for the awards as well as her fans who took the popularity sky high in TikTok, waiting, “It feels great to be honored for the vocal performance. Thank you to all the talented vocalists who killed those beautiful TikTok renditions! I feel very grateful and filled with joy!
