Singer Britney Spears is sharing another photo of one of the children she shares with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, ahead of their move to Hawaii.
Britney Spears Shares A Photo Of Her ‘First Love’ Ahead Of Her Sons’ Move To Hawaii
On Monday afternoon, the “Hold Me Closer” singer took to Instagram to share a single photo of her son, Sean, standing in front of a plain background. He is wearing a collared shirt with dark slacks as he poses for the photo.
“My first love !!!” Britney wrote in the caption, turning comments off as she has been doing for much of the past year.
Only two days before, Britney had shared a photo of her son, Jayden, who looks to be around 4 years old at the time this photo was taken. She only put two flower emojis in the caption and again disabled comments on the post.
Last week, the “Slumber Party” singer gave her permission for K-Fed to move to Hawaii with her two sons and the rest of his blended family. In 2013, Kevin married volleyball player Victoria Prince, who has reportedly gotten a job in the sports department at a university in Hawaii.

Although it appears that the “Toxic” singer had no real objections to the move, given how much time she spends on vacation in Hawaii, Page Six reported that Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, sent out a fiery letter to Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
In the letter, Rosengart notes that Sean “will no longer be a minor” when he turns 18 this September. Similarly, Jayden, who is now 16, is “nearing the age of maturity.” Since this is what both boys seem to want, Rosengart wrote, “To her credit, Britney Spears will not interfere with and consents to the relocation.”

It has been reported that the family was looking to make the move by August 1, so as not to interrupt the boy’s schooling. Kevin had previously threatened to get the courts involved to compel the move, but now that Britney has formally given her consent, there is no need to do so.
Regardless, Rosengart went on to say that he “did not anticipate a dispute” and revealed that Britney’s legal team had first been contacted about the potential move back in April. At the time, he asked for the situation to remain “private for the sake and dignity of all parties involved, including the children.”

“When I called you yesterday to express my dismay that you had done so, you denied doing so. Apparently, you did not realize that [TMZ’s] May 30 story itself literally quotes you as the story’s source,” he revealed. Rosengart said that Kevin’s attorney “served no good faith purpose” in talking to the media, calling them “undignified, ungracious, and unnecessary.”

“It was also ironic, given the statement in your April 28 letter that in addition to an employment opportunity in Hawaii for Mr. Federline’s wife, the children wanted to be ‘more sheltered from the media’s scrutiny.’ That is commendable,” he went on to write. “But your media interview did nothing to shelter them; instead, it publicized the issue in the media.”
Rosengart went on to praise Britney as “an icon, loved and respected by millions throughout the world.” Although it’s been reported that she physically hasn’t seen her two sons in over a year, Rosengart went on to call Britney a “loving and supportive mother” who is still “faithfully supporting” her children despite their estrangement.

It’s worth noting that several fans have expressed concern that K-Fed is only trying to move to Hawaii at this time in order to try to get more child support out of the pop star.
Child support in Hawaii can last to age 23, as long as the child meets certain educational requirements after high school. It is unclear if Sean plans to go to college at this time, or whether or not child support will continue.
