‘Selling Sunset’ Chrishell Stause Confirms Relationship With Nonbinary Musician, G Flip

It’d appear that Chrishell Stause is off the market again, and fans now know who her new lover is.

During the reunion, which debuted on Netflix today, Jason Oppenheim and Stause opened up about the intricacies of their last relationship. The pair were in tears about how their relationship went south and ended. The couple both ended the relationship because they could not compromise; while Stause desired to have children and expand her family unit, Oppenheim was not interested in having kids.

However, close to the end of the reunion, Stause opened up to reunion host Tan France about her new romance with non-binary Australian musician, G Flip. This was following speculations about Stause’s relationship with them.

Chrishell Stause Is Presently Dating G Flip 

On the reunion special, which debuted on Friday, the reality star responded affirmatively after the moderator asked if she was seeing anyone special at the time.

“You don’t get to choose where you meet someone. You don’t get to choose when you meet someone in their life..” the reality star said.

She continued, “I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re nonbinary, so they go by they/them. And they are an extremely talented musician.”

The 24-year-old musician hails from Melbourne and is famously known for their songs, including “Drunk Too Much,” “Lover,” and “Gay 4 Me.”

Before this big reveal, the pair were spotted holding hands at a concert in Denver, Colorado, where G-Flip was performing. They donned a red jacket, sneakers, and baggy pants to perform at the show.

Stause also aroused suspicion after she included the picture of the “Gay 4 Me” musician in an Instagram carousel of “people she was grateful for.”

Also, in an Instagram post where the musician referred to themselves as the perfect “gender smoothie,” Stause commented, “the most perfect blend,” and added a heart emoji.

The pair have been trading flirty comments on Instagram. “How do you make us emotional and horny at the same time?? Your power,” Stause said in one of her posts.

The relationship appears to be moving pretty fast as an insider divulged to People that the pair were already cohabiting.

The Pair Connected After Shooting A Music Video Together

The couple connected after G-Flip asked Stause to be in their music video. Since then, they’ve been spending more time together. Stause also disclosed that the musician made the first move.

“It started because I was just going to be in their video. And, it’s about this chaotic love story. I come from soaps, I love acting. And, with the job that we have, I don’t always get to do it. At first, of course I was like, yes, let’s do that.”

The star also explained making the video.” It was so much fun. We had such a blast. Not everyone’s going to be ready for it, but I think it’s great. I think it’s amazing. The song is amazing.” 

She also shared video clips, including footage of the pair kissing.

‘Nothing Has Changed About My Sexuality’

Following her relationship status with a non-binary person, Stause added that nothing had changed for her as she was still very attracted to “masculine energy.”

“I hear people talk about these things and they are like, ‘I knew from a young age.’ That is not me. I’m just, I am very open to good energy. I don’t know what my future holds. But it is a complicated issue to talk about. Even now I’m nervous.”

She continued, “I know being in this position, we get judged constantly. But at the end of the day, I’m so happy, so if that angers someone, that is not really my problem.”

Jason Oppenheim Won’t Be Seeing Anyone Anytime Soon

The fifth season of the series focused on Stause’s former relationship with her ex, Oppenheim. The pair announced their decision to split in 2021 following different wants regarding starting a family.

During the reunion, Oppenheim got teary as he talked about their split.

“There is a lot of sadness and loss,” he began. “I think watching the show made it more difficult. You know, brought it back up. It has been a few months, but I am still going through stuff.”

He also added on the reunion that he was not looking to dive into the dating pool just yet as he was still reeling from the split.

“I am not looking to start another relationship. I am not in the right headspace for that right now. I am still reeling from the break-up, one thing at a time.”
