Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ eldest daughter, Sami Sheen, is giving her followers behind-the-scenes details about her job as a “sex worker” — including her plans for a breast augmentation.
The 19-year-old, who joined OnlyFans last year, said she’s excited about her future “big reveal” after sharing that her subscribers often ask her to go topless on camera.
“I know you’re probably thinking: ‘How the hell are you a sex worker if you keep [your breasts] censored?’ But trust me, I have my ways. I still show pretty much everything,” she said in a TikTok video Thursday.
“I just want to wait until the girls are done so I’m fully confident with everything I’m showing.”
In addition to documenting her makeup routine, the teenager also said she shaves her “whole entire body” before shooting new content.
“I’m starting laser hair removal soon so that’s gonna be a huge game-changer. I just can’t stand shaving my whole entire body every time I need to work! It’s so annoying!” she said.
“I just get all pretty and then see what happens,” she explained of the process, adding that video content is her “least favorite” to make because she’s “so awkward.”

The 19-year-old video also noted the upcoming one-year anniversary of her OnlyFans, which she plans to celebrate with friends. “Dinner’s on me, obviously!” she said.
Sami launched her adult business venture on June 13, 2022, promising exclusive uploads multiple times a week. OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform, allows creators to share nude or partially nude content at a premium price.
In response to her daughter’s career move, Richards, 52, exclusively told Page Six at the time: “Sami is 18, and this decision wasn’t based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum — who also shares daughter Lola, 18, with Charlie — joined the NSFW website herself just days later.
Meanwhile, the “Two and a Half Men” star, 57, blamed his ex-wife for Sami’s choices, telling Page Six, “She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof.”
He added, “I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity.”
Richards, however, said she couldn’t judge her daughter as she referenced her own role in “Wild Things” and past Playboy photo shoots. “Quite frankly her father shouldn’t be either,” she added.
