Crawford takes charge of managing the household, overseeing tasks such as meal planning, appointment scheduling, and grocery shopping. On the other hand, Gerber embraces his role as the fixer-upper, addressing any repairs that may be needed around the house.
“I was going to joke and say I can barely get him to pick up a wet towel, which is partly true, but I will say, if something around the house needs repair—he’ll repair it if he knows how,” Crawford playfully mentioned to People.
She added, “You know if the air conditioning’s not working, he deals with that. Or if there’s a patch of grass that needs replacing. So I would say we’re pretty good at divvying up the responsibilities of life.” According to Crawford, their ability to divide and conquer various aspects of life stems from the “more traditional” environments they grew up in as children.
