Brand new arrivals from Marvel, Star Wars, The Simpsons, Home Alone and loads more!
For its second anniversary of launching on Friday, 12 November, the folks at Disney+ have announced that they want to have a bigger celebrating than ever before this year, inviting all subscribers to take part on Disney+ Day.

Irish subscribers will have access to brand new content releases across the platforms many brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star (the more adult-aimed section of the site).
As part of the celebration, Disney has announced that the following will all be getting their official launch on Disney+ on Friday, 12 November:
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Disney+ Day will mark the streaming premiere for Marvel's latest box office hit. We chatted to the titular star of the movie, and you can check out that interview right here:
Jungle Cruise
The very, very fun old-school action-adventure starring The Rock and Emily Blunt will be available to all subscribers on Disney+ Day.

Home Sweet Home Alone
Aisling Bea, Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney and more star in the reimagining of the classic family movie, and it will be debuted exclusively on Disney+.

A massively impressive cast (Michael Keaton, Rosario Dawson, Peter Saarsgard, Will Poulter) tackling the Opioid crisis in the States will debut on Star on Disney+ on this day.
Other new arrivals will include brand new short movies set within the worlds of Frozen, Luca and The Simpsons, the first five episodes from the second season of The World According to Jeff Goldblum, and two brand new specials celebrating the Marvel and Star Wars universes.

Disney has also announced that Disney+ Day will feature "breaking news, first looks, new trailers, exclusive clips, and appearances from Disney+ creators and stars."
So.... yeah, Disney fans are essentially being spoiled that day.
