Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz separated before Valentine’s Day

There were no visits from Cupid for Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz this year.

Maloney listed Feb. 12, 2022, as the date of her and Schwartz’s separation in her divorce petition, according to the documents obtained by Page Six.

Maloney, who listed “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the “Vanderpump Rules” stars’ split, is also requesting the court terminate the ability to award spousal support to her and Schwartz.

While the “full nature and extent” of both Schwartz’s and Maloney’s assets have yet to be determined, Maloney has marked anything acquired by either her or Schwartz since the date of separation to be considered their “sole and separate property.”

Maloney, 35, officially filed for divorce from Schwartz, 39, on March 22 after nearly three years of marriage. They had been together for 12 years before jointly announcing last week that they were going their separate ways.

“I don’t think we were ever a model couple. Maybe we are model divorcées. A dubious title I suppose,” Schwartz wrote on Instagram, ending his post saying that he will be fine.

“So I’ll shut up now and say it one last time, love you Bub. Always & forever you’ll be in my heart. On my ass? Maybe not so much.”

Since the announcement, the estranged pair have been seen grabbing lunch together at Mister O’s in Studio City, Calif. Schwartz posted a photo of Maloney, 35, sipping on a dark purple cocktail during their lunch date to his Instagram Story. She reposted it, adding the caption, “Its all good.”

Maloney also said she was “feeling really loved and supported” when a fan asked her how she was doing in an Instagram Q&A.
