Hilaria Baldwin gets real about ‘mama guilt’ after bringing home seventh baby

Hilaria Baldwin is home with her seventh child, a baby girl named Ilaria, and already dealing with “mama guilt.”

The fitness guru told her Instagram followers on Monday that balancing seven children has been a “process” for her family.

“Am I getting it right?” Baldwin, 38, captioned a mirror selfie via Stories. “Def not all the time.

“Mama guilt?” she asked. “Obviously. Emotions: all over the place.”

The former yoga instructor wrote that she wants her other children — Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, and Lucia, 1 — to “feel like they have mama time too” now that Ilaria is home from the hospital.

“Bringing baby home is magical, and it’s always a transition that we all feel,” Baldwin added.

“I am trying to balance new mom again, with breast-feeding, healing and hustling to make sure that all my children feel I am there to be the best mama I can be.”

In the social media upload, the New York University grad pushed her and Alec Baldwin’s youngest two children in a stroller.

She and the actor, who is also the father of daughter Ireland, 26, with ex-wife Kim Basinger, welcomed Ilaria on Sept. 22.

Hilaria debuted the infant via Instagram two days later, writing, “She’s here! We are so excited to introduce you to our tiny dream come true. Both she and I are happy and healthy.

“Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home,” she continued. “We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful news.”

Hilaria and Alec, 64, revealed in March that their family was expanding.

While awaiting their arrival, the Yoga Vida co-creator clapped back at Instagram trolls who often “comment” on her large brood.

“We often go to silly and very self-deprecating jokes on my part [when it comes up],” Hilaria wrote in August. “I love to laugh at myself — so it’s all good…keeps me sane.”

She called herself “grateful” for each of her children, concluding, “I have learned to respect and embrace the wonderful, the hard, the uncomfortable, the magical, and the unknown of this incredible process I am so blessed to experience again and again.”

Alec, for his part, noted via Instagram in April that “people ask why” he and Hilaria keep conceiving children.

This is why,” the “30 Rock” alum captioned cute footage of Lucia at the time. “Being a parent is the ultimate journey.”
