Bessy Gatto, the estranged wife of Joe Gatto, was spotted without her wedding ring after the “Impractical Jokers” star announced they split earlier this month.

The 39-year-old mother of two was snapped Tuesday in Long Island bundled up in a white puffer coat, pink hat and jeans, with her bare left hand missing the ring she exchanged with the television star during their 2013 nuptials.

Bessy also jokingly referred to herself as “broken,” following the breakup in an effort to lighten the conversation surrounding their split, which Joe announced via Instagram while sharing news of his departure from “Impractical Jokers.”

“Due to some issues in my personal life, I have to step away,” he said of the truTV series. adding, “Bessy and I have decided to amicably part ways, so now I need to focus on being the best father and co-parent to our two incredible kids.”

Joe’s wife of 13 years shared a similar statement to her own account, writing, “Hi everyone. With love and respect, we have decided to separate.

“Although we will no longer be a couple, we will always be a family to our beautiful kids and we look forward to co-parenting together. We ask that you please respect our privacy as we navigate this new chapter together.”

The estranged couple share daughter Milana, 6, and son Remo, 4. Neither has revealed the cause of the split.

Joe’s departure from “Impractical Jokers” also prompted an acknowledgment from his former co-stars, Brian Quinn, Sal Vulcano and James Murray.

“After all these years together, we never imagined making ‘Impractical Jokers’ without Joe,” the statement began. ”While we are saddened to see him go, we want to keep making people laugh, keep our relationship with the ‘Impractical Jokers’ fans going, and keep working with the members of our team that we consider family.”

The trio also confirmed that they plan to continue filming — sans Joe — this month.
