Could Ed Sheeran be crooning in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s honor?
The “Castle On The Hill” singer-songwriter has reportedly been asked to perform a few songs at the forthcoming royal wedding in May, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The report about Ed‘s possible performance comes as the palace confirmed many new details about the wedding, including the schedule and planned route for their horse-drawn carriage.
Back in December, Ed addressed the question of playing at the royal wedding in an interview with ET, saying that he’d do it if he “was free.”
“I get asked this all the time like I know the royal family. I’ve met Harry once! [And] that was in 2011 at his grans’ Jubilee, and it was like, ‘Hey.’ ‘Hey’… I barely know him!”
Ed‘s reps have not yet responded to ET‘s report.
