It looks like Jamie Lynn Spears doesn’t plan to add any more fuel to the fire.
Although Jamie Lynn went on “Good Morning America” to plug her upcoming memoir, “Things I Should Have Said,” she has absolutely no plans to go on a book tour, according to TMZ.
Jamie Lynn Spears Will NOT Make Charity Donation Public
AmazonA source told the outlet that Jamie Lynn didn’t write the book to make a profit. In fact, the source alleges that “a portion” of the profits made from her book sales will benefit numerous charities.
Jamie Lynn isn’t disclosing which charities she plans to donate to… and for good reason! In October 2021, Jamie Lynn tried to donate to a charity only to have them refuse her donation due to the backlash they received. As a result, she would like to donate to these charities privately.
However, something that has not been private is her very public feud with her sister, Britney Spears, which has been making headlines over the past week.

Jamie Lynn answered Britney in her Instagram Stories, writing, “Nobody trashes your name more than someone who’s afraid you’ll tell people the truth.”
Britney then responded with another long Twitter message, calling out her sister for not supporting her throughout the years.

“Jamie Lynn … I don’t think your book is about me at all,” Britney began. “I said some harsh things because you obviously hurt me by the things you are making up about me !!!”
“When I said only a scum person would make up things like that about someone, I could have sworn I said ‘but you’re not’ … but it doesn’t make sense at all to me what you are saying !!!” she continued.
“I know you worked hard for the life you have and you have done amazing !!!! But I think we would both have to agree to the fact that the family has never been remotely as hard on you as they have been on me!!!” she added.

I never got to talk to you !!! You would just text me days later and I was so scared … I needed you … my family, my blood and your support more than anything !!!”

“Britney — just call me,” Jamie Lynn began.
“I have attempted many times to speak to you directly and handle this privately like sisters should, but you still choose to do everything on a public platform,” she continued.

Britney has still not responded to her sister, at least, not on Twitter. Fans have their fingers crossed that Britney finally picked up the phone and called Jamie Lynn to resolve this sisterly spat once and for all.
