Jenna Jameson remains hospitalized, but doctors have ruled out Guillain-Barré syndrome.
The former Playboy model’s partner, Lior Bitton, provided her fans with an update on Tuesday about her ongoing health battle mystery.
“Jenna is still in the hospital. She doesn’t have the Guillain-Barré syndrome,” Bitton said in a video posted on Jameson’s Instagram.
“It was confirmed by the doctor after a second test and five rounds of IVIG [a therapy treatment for patients with antibody deficiencies]. So, she does not have the Guillain-Barré. … We’ll keep you posted soon.”
Last week, Bitton revealed that Jameson, 47, had lost the ability to walk after two weeks of “throwing up.”
The Israeli businessman took the former porn star to the hospital, where she underwent more testing and doctors initially determined she was suffering from Guillain-Barré.
Jameson’s partner, Lior Bitton, gave her fans an update in an Instagram video.jennacantlose/InstagramAccording to the CDC, Guillain-Barré is a “rare, autoimmune disorder in which a person’s own immune system damages the nerves, causing muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis.” Symptoms can last from weeks to several years. Most people fully recover, but some have permanent nerve damage.
Although Bitton revealed the doctors since have reversed that diagnosis, it remains unclear what is plaguing Jameson.

Jameson, who shares 4-year-old daughter Batel with Bitton, hasn’t spoken out since she first revealed she was very ill.
