Julia Fox has spoken publicly about her brother and father’s shocking arrest after posting $400,000 bail.
Julia Fox Is Defending Her Estranged Family
MEGAThe actress was out and about in NYC seen for the first time since posting the expensive AF bail for her brother who was arrested last week on drugs and weapons charges. Some people have been slamming her for getting her brother out of Rikers Island after he was accused of having bomb-making materials.
She took to TikTok to explain her decision and defend her brother’s struggles when her comments were bombarded with questions about WTF is going on, period.
Fox seemed nervous while explaining the random ordeal. “my dad was released that night and it was determined that he really had no involvement, and had no idea what was going on,” she said of her 62-year-old father, Thomas Fox was caught in the crossfires.
She also claimed that the media sensationalized the arrest and made things look way worse than they actually were.
Christopher Fox Wasn’t Making Bombs
MEGAThe newly red-headed model clarified that the sensationalism comes into play because her baby bro Christopher Fox “definitely was not making bombs or whatever,” she says sitting in the corner of a room that didn’t look like her NYC apartment.
Fox quickly catches herself and stops commenting on the active investigation and open case but she did give followers an idea of who her brother is as a human being. “I’ve only ever known him to be, like, the most sweetest, gentle, kind, soft-spoken, like loves animals, loves to plant flowers, has a green thumb.”
Fox essentially sang the praises of her freshly released from Rikers Island brother. She went on to mention that something li this isn’t out of the left field and she seems shocked that life isn’t worse for herself and her younger brother.
Julia Fox Grew Up In An Unstable Home
MEGAFox, who is normally very candid shared that life for her only got better when she was able to leave the grip of her father Thomas.
“Both my brother and I have a lot of trauma and the difference is that I’m scrappy I’m a fighter,” says Fox. “Through my aggression, I was able to release a lot of that rage as for Christopher, he internalized it.”
But Fox is happy with at least one result of the arrest. “the silver lining in this whole ordeal is that he’s finally going to get the help that I’ve been trying to get him for so long and I wish I could say more but I don’t want to damage his case or anything like that.”
Fox then ended her video by admitting, “I’m just… embarrassed,” and giggled. The self-proclaimed muse was just as shocked as all of us late last week when her dad and brother were arrested, and her brother was eventually charged with charges related to weapons and drugs.
