Reality star Kim Kardashian is reportedly “incredibly upset” with her ex-husband Kanye West after he slammed her ex-boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on social media this morning.
Kim and Pete started dating in October 2021, after the two shared a smooch during Kim’s episode of “Saturday Night Live.” In mid-February, Kanye sent on a posting spree and started referring to Pete as “Skete.”
After he eventually received a 24-hour Instagram ban for cyberbullying, Ye has been pretty quiet on social media. However, this morning, Ye broke his Instagram silence to make fun of Pete again and Kim is reportedly having none of it.

Instagram | Kanye WestOn Monday afternoon, shortly after the Yeezy designer took aim at the former “Saturday Night Live” comedian, a source told Page Six that the SKIMS founder is “livid” at her ex-husband for making fun of her ex-boyfriend by making a fake headline announcing that he died.
The “Donda” rapper created a fake New York Times newspaper headline that read, “Skete Davidson Dead At Age 28” and also took a dig at Kid Cudi at the bottom of the post.
MEGAA source said that Kim is “incredibly upset” that her ex-husband has apparently reverted back to his “old ways.”
“Kim is livid and incredibly upset,” the insider alleged. “Kanye is back to his old ways and Kim will not tolerate his bullying behavior towards the people she loves and cares about.”
MEGA“Kim and Kanye have been in such a positive co-parenting space and with communication lately,” the source continued. “Kim even was happy to support Kanye and do the Yeezy shoot and post for him.”
The source added, “This is just a reminder to her that he will never change and why there will never be a chance of reconciliation.”
Kim & Pete Call It Quits After Nine Months of Dating
Instagram / kimkardashianMany fans were shocked to hear that the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star and the “King of Staten Island” had called it quits after nine months, especially since it looked like Pete was finally starting to spend time with the four kids Kim shares with Ye: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Another source close to the reality star told Page Six that Kim will “always protect Pete,” even if they’re not in a romantic relationship.
Instagram / kimkardashianAlthough the source said that Kim has “tried incredibly hard” to create a positive co-parenting situation for their four children, the source said that she cannot support Ye’s online behavior and it’s a big reason why the two will never get back together.
“She’ll never get back together with Kanye,” the source alleged. They also claimed that Kim has actually asked Kanye to take down the post several times “to no avail.”
Update: It appears that Kanye has since taken down the post, apparently at Kim’s request.
Why Did Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson Break Up?
Instagram / kimkardashianOn Friday, several sources confirmed that the power couple had decided to call it quits. An insider told Page Six that “Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends.” They cited their long-distance relationship and busy schedules as the main reason for the split.
“They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship,” the source said.

“Pete is 28 and Kim is 41 — they are just in very different places at the moment,” the source claimed. “Pete is totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is at a moment’s notice, but Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy. She needs to focus on the kids.”
MEGAPete is currently in Australia filming a movie with “Pirates of the Caribbean” star Orlando Bloom. He will then be flying to New York City to work on his new series, “Bupkis,” which will be executive produced by “Saturday Night Live” creator Lorne Michaels. Most of Kim’s work keeps her in and around Los Angeles.
Although it looks like the relationship didn’t work out, fans are relieved that it looks like the two had an amicable break-up.
