Kobe would be jumping for joy.

Capri Bryant, daughter of late NBA star Kobe Bryant, took her first steps today. Proud mama and widow of Kobe, Vanessa Bryant, proudly took to Instagram to show off that her 11-month-old baby has begun to walk.

“So proud of my Koko Bean,” she posted to the site. “Capri took her first steps from her auntie Sophie to mama today.”

The big reveal generated more than 6 million views as the internet lit up and offered a big, virtual hug to Vanessa.

Vanessa grabbed Capri, embraced her, planted kisses and exclaimed, “I knew you could do it!”

Bryant, 41, died in January after a helicopter he was flying in crashed into a Southern California hillside, killing him, his daughter Gianna and seven others. Since then, Vanessa has shared milestones with her supporters on Instagram, including what would have been Gigi’s 14th birthday and Mother’s Day.

“I love being your mama @nataliabryant, Gianna, Bianka and Capri,” Vanessa captioned the collection of images on Mother’s Day. ” #MyWorld ❤️❤️❤️❤️You are all the very best of mommy and daddy.”

In March, Vanessa showed off a picture of her daughter Natalia, 17, posing in front of a new mural of Kobe and Gigi.
