She has had two rhinoplasties and liposuction and has always informed her fans of her plastic surgeries.
However, she hasn’t been open about her latest procedure with fans– the one that Andy Cohen mistakenly revealed on live TV.

Andy Cohen Revealed Kyle Richards’ Breast Surgery

In Cohen’s interview with the “Real Housewife Of Beverly Hills” star, Cohen casually asked her how her breast reduction was coming along.
“Oh, thank you for letting everyone know, Andy, thank you,” Richards sarcastically responded.
Realizing that he had accidentally outed her, a shocked Cohen gasped and covered his mouth in surprise.
“Oh! Oh, my God. I thought you’ve talked about it,” he added, to which Richards curtly responded, “Never talked about it. I never told anyone.”
MEGAFollowing Cohen’s profuse apologies, Richard eventually let him off the hook and then revealed that she indeed had breast reduction surgery.
“I had breast reduction surgery,” she explained, per E! News. “I never had implants. I had double Ds and no implants. I still don’t have implants.”
She continued, “But I went in and said, ‘I want smaller boobs. I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life,’ and here I am.”
She also added that while it might not look like she had a breast reduction surgery as her boobs were still swollen, the surgery allowed her to lead a bra-free life.
“You can’t really tell because they’re still swollen, but I will never wear a bra ever again. Ever. Ever.”
Kyle Richards Has Always Been Honest About Her Surgery Procedures
MEGAFollowing the revelation, Cohen broke into another apology and commented on her new frame.
“They look great,” he added. “I apologize. I am so sorry. I didn’t realize. But by the way, that’s not embarrassing.”
Richards accepted his apology and assured the host that all was well. “It’s OK, Andy. I love you. I can’t wait to share more things with you tomorrow.”
She also made it clear that she was not a liar and had been honest about every surgery and cosmetic procedure she’s had over the years.
“I have never lied about anything I’ve done and I never, ever will, just so you guys know,” she said. “You guys think I did my face. I really did not. I will tell you everything. I had a breast reduction three weeks ago. There’s a little bruise hidden over here.”
She mentioned that she couldn’t keep a secret about herself even though she could take other people’s secrets to the grave.
“Here’s the thing about me,” she said. “You could tell me you murdered somebody and I swear to you, I would take it to my grave, but I can’t keep a secret about myself.”
She Has Had Two Nose Jobs
MEGAIn 2006, the reality star underwent her first nose job. It took place a few years before she became a cast member on “RHOBH.”
“My nose bothered me for a long time,” she admitted to UsWeekly in 2013. “The surgery made me feel better.”
She, however, had another nose job fifteen years later, which she revealed through a picture on her Instagram stories. According to her, she had a fracture, so her decision was partly influenced by aesthetic reasons and partly health reasons.
“Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face…here is your answer. I fixed my nose,”
She continued, “I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the tip.”
She Also Had A Liposuction
Before her last nose job procedure, she shared on Bravo‘s “Secrets Revealed” that she had liposuction on her stomach in 2012.
“After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn’t go away,” she explained. “I wanted to wear jeans and a tucked-in shirt and not feel self-conscious. “I’m very happy with the results.”
