Lamar Odom labeled Tristan Thompson as “corny” for cheating on Khloé Kardashian!
The former NBA star recently revealed how he felt about the Sacramento Kings player’s actions against his ex-wife during an interview with TMZ.
The 42-year-old got candid with the news outlet at the Atlanta Fish Market in Buckhead, where the New Yorker was hanging out with his manager, Tonita B.

Odom’s heart still has a soft spot for Khloé as the former basketball athlete confessed that he wished to give his ex-wife a warm embrace amid her drama with Thompson.
The “Khloé & Lamar” star admitted that he hadn’t spoken to the Good American co-founder in a long time, but if given the opportunity, he would remind her to be “strong.” In his words:
“First, I would give her a hug because I haven’t seen her in a long time. What would I say to her? Just to be strong, keep her faith in God, and be strong for her daughter [True Thompson].”

Given the history between the former member of the Los Angeles Lakers and the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” alum, it was not surprising that the 42-year-old still adores his ex-wife.
The pair tied the knot in 2009, but their blissful marital journey ended in 2015 after Khloé filed for divorce. However, their separation wasn’t finalized until 2016.
This was because the reality TV star withdrew the filings following Odom’s nearly-fatal drug overdose in 2015, so she could make decisions about his health while the NBA star was in a coma.
Fortunately, the New Yorker has overcome his substance addiction and seems to be living a sober life. Perhaps this was why the former athlete wished to have another chance with Khloé.
The Blast previously reported that the 2011 NBA Sixth Man of the Year publicly announced his intentions to reconnect with the mother-of-one following Thompson’s Instagram confession.
The Sacramento Kings player had taken to his Instagram stories to apologize to Khloé while confirming the news of fathering a child with the fitness model Maralee Nichols.
Although the athlete vehemently denied cheating on the “Kocktails with Khloé” host, a paternity test was all it took to slap the truth out of him and give the TV personality a proper apology.
In the first post, the 30-year-old admitted to being Nichols’ baby daddy and stated he would take responsibility for his actions by raising their son amicably with the social media influencer.
In his next post, the now father-of-three issued an apology to the “Strong Looks Better Naked” author, in which he stated the 37-year-old didn’t deserve the “heartache and humiliation” he caused.
A screenshot of Thompson’s post was shared on Facebook, and Odom didn’t wasn’t anytime leaving a comment, where he expressed his desire to reconnect with the mother-of-one. The former athlete wrote:
“I truly wish nothing but the best for her and I’m hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends. She is a good person and deserves the world.”

Despite the humiliation the Sacramento Kings player’s distasteful actions may have caused, Khloé remained unshaken throughout the scandal.
