Amanda Seyfried is part of ‘Bachelor’ nation

Amanda Seyfried is the latest to admit she too is a victim of reality television’s favorite guilty pleasure.

“The Dropout” actress went on air to chat with SiriusXM hosts Jess Cagle and Julia Cunningham about her thoughts on “The Bachelor”, detailing her complicated love for the hit ABC franchise.

“God, I struggle with it more and more each year,” the Emmy-nominated Seyfried admitted.

“This formula works, it does, but it hasn’t evolved quick enough for me to feel, you know, guilty-free when I watch it.”

Although the actress clearly has some mixed feelings about the show’s progress, Seyfriend did give her stamp of approval to “The Bachelorette” for their major pivot this season, where they cast two Bachelorettes, Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey, instead of one.

“It’s the best thing they’ve ever done,” the Mama Mia actress declared. “I am most passionate about that direction from now on. I don’t know how you can do it any other way.”

“The Jess Cagle Show” host then questioned the 36-year-old actress on what everyone wanted to know- if she was single and could pick one Bachelor for herself, who would it be?

Seyfriend immediately answered none, before remembering a former contestant whom she would change her mind for- Season 20’s Ben Higgins.

“Yes, he told two women he loved them,” the Mean Girls actress conceded. “Because he did!
