Amy Schumer’s lower back tattoo was ‘not good for making out’

Amy Schumer’s lower back tattoo put a cramp on her love life.

The actress, who got the “tramp stamp” in her teens, told Page Six at the premiere of Hulu’s “Life & Beth” on Wednesday that she went to a “shady” spot in the East Village to get inked.

“They went too deep,” she said of the tribal-inspired tattoo. “It’s not straight. It’s on an angle and it’s not good. I remember it kind of puffed up and was irritated, it was not good for making out.”

The “Trainwreck” actress added, “I was either 17 or 18, a great time to make a permanent decision and my mom drove me to that … lets you know a little bit about our relationship.”

And as for why she shares so much skin and personal details on social media including her fertility issues and liposuction, the Comedy Central alum says, “I can’t help it, I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I really can’t help it. I think it’s the way I process things and it helps me feeling like I could be helping people.”

Schumer also has another gig coming up — co-hosting the Academy Awards with Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes on March 27, which she still can’t quite believe.

“I’m hosting the f–king Oscars,” she enthused. “It’s insane, I’m so excited. I just really wanted to do it, I think just coming out of these last couple of years feeling so isolated, I just feel like performing and going out in the biggest way possible.”

The stand-up veteran revealed that she’s not planning on blasting celebs à la Ricky Gervais who famously shredded celebs while hosting the Golden Globes, or perhaps not as much.

“For women, there’s definitely a double standard, we’re not allowed to be … we’re supposed to always be nice so I would say 50/50.”

Once inside the theater, Schumer gave a speech thanking the cast and crew.

“The critics have spoken, they said things like, ‘She doesn’t have any range and all of that has led to this moment,'” she joked to the audience.

“Life & Beth” premieres on Hulu on March 18.
