Anwar Hadid shared an alarming message Sunday after his ex-girlfriend Dua Lipa went public with her relationship with Romain Gavras.
“Trying to not to find and kill him,” Hadid captioned a selfie on his Instagram Story.
The aspiring musician — whose sisters are models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid — added a smiley face beneath the cryptic text.
Anwar shared the same photo on his Instagram feed without its troubling original caption and instead promoted his new song, “The Skrugh.”

“I hate the way you say my name,” Hadid captioned one Story.anwarhadid/InstagramThe performer also posted a mirror selfie captioned, “I cant [sic] breath [sic]” followed by two close-up photos of the ground with the captions “Have fun” and “I hate the way you say my name.”
Anwar has not elaborated on the meaning behind his cryptic posts nor has Lipa responded to them.
The two dated from 2019 to 2021.

Lipa first sparked romance rumors with the French director, who previously dated Rita Ora, in February after they were spotted leaving a party together in London.
A few weeks later, they held hands at a Paris Fashion Week event.
