Aoki Lee Simmons Goes Public With 65-Year-Old Restauranteur During PDA-filled Vacation

Age difference has nothing on Aoki Lee Simmons and her new beau, Vittorio Assaf.

The latest couple was spotted locking lips earlier this week while on a romantic getaway to St. Barts. The sweet moment comes months after Simmons shut down disparaging remarks about her body on social media.

In new photos shared online, Simmons is seen engaging in public displays of affection with Assaf as they enjoyed the feel of sand under their feet on a beach. 

The lovebirds then proceeded to swim in the crystal-clear blue water and shared an intimate kiss while lounging on the white sandy beach. 

The 21-year-old even tested out her 65-year-old partner’s photography skills by striking poses while he captured her with his phone. 

The duo dressed casually for the occasion, with Simmons donning an olive-green bikini with a tribal print on the front and Assaf pairing his shirtless upper body with a pair of light-blue and white-printed swim trunks.

At some point, as observed in the images released by PageSix, Simmons took out her earpiece to gleefully look at and talk to Assaf.

The outlet pointed out that even though the Internet personality had uploaded views from the sandy getaway on Friday, she excluded any photos including her man. 

Additionally, on March 27, she posted a video of herself on the beach, wearing the same two-piece she sported in the snaps featuring Assaf.

Spilling the tea about the duo's relationship, a member of Simmons' circle told PEOPLE, "Aoki and Vittorio are spending time together and enjoying each others' company."

The source also claimed that Simmons and Assaf crossed paths while vacationing in St. Barts — a beloved travel destination for the Simmons family.

The update on Simmons' blossoming romance with the Serafina Restaurant Group founder comes five months after the former put an internet troll in their place. 

As reported by The Blast, fans had flooded the Harvard University graduate's comment section with praise after she uploaded a picture of her wearing a black outfit with a plunging neckline on Instagram. 

However, a few people resorted to making unsavory comments in an attempt to body-shame her. Simmons reacted by hiding the negative comments and then addressing them via her Instastories. In her first Instastory update, the model wrote:

"Just for the body shamers in my comments, do you think I would dress like this if I was worried about my bra size????? founding member of the itty bitty titty committee thank you very much."

She used her second Story to highlight one of the body shaming comments and her response to it. Replying to the person who asked her "buy the boobs," Simmons typed:

"You are welcome to Venmo me for the boob job though. I'll spend it on more plunging shirts or whatever."

Simmons had the same energy in September 2023 when a slew of commenters took to her comments to criticize her looks.

While one person claimed, "This is disturbing ?" another wondered, "Anorexia?" and a third noted, "I know this is what they tell you a model is supposed to look like anorexic girl eats you some food get you some thickness on you???"

Similarly, a fourth person asserted, "Oh wow you too Skinny sweetie I'm sorry no Disrespects that doesn't look Healthy." 

Simmons simply replied to the comments in an Instagram Story, writing, "Body shaming is for losers," across a selfie of her natural face.

Prior to her clapping back at trolls, the New York-born beauty had a field day slamming Keke Palmer's now ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson, in July 2023.

As The Blast reported, the drama began after Jackson took to X to slam Palmer for her outfit to an Usher concert. The father-of-one posted, "It's the outfit tho..you a mom."

The post promptly got several people, including Simmons, riled up and she opted to address the situation in a TikTok clip. In the video she said:

"I just want to say, I don't know Keke Palmer's boyfriend. I don't know anything about him really besides the current thing, but let me just say, I hate that man. I pray and plot on his downfall."

After pointing out that Jackson had "not one drop of couth," Simmons emphasized that his actions were both irrational and unacceptable. 

She further stated that she found it appalling that the 30-year-old would publicly criticize Palmer when she had given him "a beautiful child."

The video, which appears to have been taken down, got Simmons' fans supporting her thoughts, with one TikTok user noting, "He really underestimated how much we love her ?? because who is he talking 'bout." 

"Keke did not deserve that, and I hope he never knows rest again for putting that on the internet!" commented another fan. 

Meanwhile, one internet user took a different stance and called Simmons out for her take. They penned, "Smh ?? it's ok to not comment on everything ….we was just uplifting you & your mama." 

Simmons promptly shut them down, responding, "I'm uplifting Keke, another woman being wronged by an outta pocket man. So I don't see your point at all."
