She’s clowning around.
Cara Delevingne was spotted hitting a star-studded Halloween celebration early Sunday morning amid concerns over her health.
An insider tells Page Six on Monday that the model rolled up to the Boom Boom Room’s spooky celebration at the Top of The Standard at The Standard, High Line in New York City at around 2 a.m. dressed as a clown.
“Cara came with a group of girlfriends and was in great spirits wearing a clown mask,” the insider shared, adding, “She spent some time with host, Jeremey O. Harris and was super low-key.”
We’re told she wasn’t drinking any cocktails but that she did hit the dance floor and was grooving to music by Sudan Archives.
Other stars at the Halloween bash included Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer, Emily Ratajkowki, Derek Blasberg, Simon Huck, Prabal Gurung, and Antoni Porowski.
Delevingne was seen dancing and keeping things low-key. Instagram/caradelevigneDelevingne, 30, first raised concerns when she was spotted looking disheveled and shoeless at California’s Van Nuys Airport in September.
The frail-looking model was captured on film erratically pacing around the tarmac with her dog as she chain-smoked cigarettes and dropped her phone several times. She was also seen sticking her feet out of the window of an SUV as her driver rode off.
Days later, fans were even more worried for the“Only Murders in the Building” actress when her close friend Margot Robbie was seen in tears hours after she left Delevingne’s home.

Her behavior, however, isn’t all surprise as she was also seen acting “really drunk” at a New York City party before acting strange on the red carpet at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.
She also seemed unwell during her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” where she seemed to have “fast speech, shaky hands [and] restlessness.”
Her friends were reportedly desperate for the model to go to rehab and worried she has been struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.
But Delevingne seemed to be in tip-top form as she walked the red carpet looking chic as ever for a Paris Fashion Week event in late September. And earlier this month, she looked healthy at the Fremantle Photocall as part of the MIPCOM 2022 in Cannes.
Despite her friends’ concerns, she has never mentioned battling with any sort of addiction issues but has admitted to dabbling with drugs in the past.
Additionally, fans are all the more worried for the model considering her mother battled addiction.
