Chrishell Stause Has THIS To Say About Cheaters Who Apologize

Since the news of an alleged affair involving the married Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine, circulated as the week began, many have taken to social media to express their opinions about the situation.

Among the opiners was the American actress Chrishell Stause, who took to Twitter on Tuesday, September 20, with a statement of reason showing that she was no fan of cheating men.

Chrishell Stause Feels Cheating Men Should Only Speak For Themselves When Apologizing

Stause’s message indicated that she was no fan of cheating men apologizing with a particular phrase that she possibly believed was egotistic of the cheater. Her words read:

“When apologizing for cheating publicly, I hate the -we will get through it together part from a man – Don’t speak for her. You’ve done enough.”

Several social media users agreed with the reality TV star as they remarked under the update with appropriate phrases an unfaithful partner could use instead. Some also recounted Levine’s statement he released after news of the alleged affair broke out, noting that the music star showed no remorse and took zero accountability.

Regarding the alleged affair, The Blast detailed the situation revealing that Instagram model Sumner Stroh called out Levine on Monday, September 19. Stroh claimed that he manipulated her into the affair. However, the “One More Night” star denied involvement with the model when he took to his Instagram Story, breaking his silence about the affair.

As fans are aware, he is married to former Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, and they have two kids together, with a third one soon to be born. Levine’s statement began:

“A lot has been said about me right now, and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner.”

He refuted any claims about having an affair but confessed he “crossed the line” and allowed the conversations to become inappropriate. He said, “I did not have an affair; nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life.” He added:

“In certain circumstances, it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”

The prominent musician appeared to have regretted his actions as he stated that his wife and family were all he cared about. He also called himself “naïve” and “stupid enough” to have risked the loves of his life for the “greatest mistake” he could ever make. 

Levine promised never to make such a mistake again and took “full responsibility,” adding that he and his family would get through the period together. As for his involvement with Stroh, the model gave details of her side of the story on TikTok, disclosing what happened during their year-long affair.

She expressed how embarrassed she felt in the post’s caption to have been involved with “a man with this utter lack of remorse and respect.” Stroh claimed she was “young” and “naïve” when the affair began, adding, “And I mean, quite frankly, I feel exploited. I wasn’t in the scene like I am now. So I was definitely very easily manipulated.”

She showed scandalous DMs allegedly from Levine and ensured to name him as the person she spoke of. After, she revealed the shocking news of him wanting to name his unborn child after her if he was a boy.

Following the update about the Maroon 5 frontman’s affair with Stroh, Page Six reported that Emrata, who her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, cheated on, had a say on the drama using a selfie-style TikTok video that is now unavailable.

Without mentioning Levine’s name, she confessed to not understanding why people blame women for men’s mistakes, particularly women in their twenties dealing with men “in positions of power” twice their age.

The supermodel added that it was “ridiculous,” “predatory,” and “manipulative” after noting that the “power dynamic is so skewed.” She also believed the unfaithful one already in a relationship was obligated to be loyal.

In another TikTok video, Emrata said she felt a “huge problem” in society was not holding men accountable but blaming other women, only to keep all females apart. She also pointed out that just regard men as “monsters” and “terrible” or “horrible” people without actually blaming them for their actions but telling women to “adjust their behavior instead.”
