Demi Lovato flaunts abs in makeup-free selfie

Demi Lovato’s looking cool for the summer.

The pop star took to her Instagram Story Thursday to show off her abs — and apparent weight loss — in a new mirror selfie.

Lovato, who was also makeup-free, let the picture do all the talking by declining to write over it, although her Sublime T-shirt could also serve as a hidden message.

The “Dancing With the Devil” singer, who is in recovery from an eating disorder, shared last year that she “accidentally” lost weight after she gave up on following “diet culture.”

“Accidentally lost weight,” she wrote on Instagram showing off a pair of pants that were too big around her waist. “I don’t count calories anymore I don’t over exercise anymore I don’t restrict or purge And I especially I don’t live my life according to the diet culture . . . and I’ve actually lost weight.

“This is a different experience But I feel full Not of food But of divine wisdom and cosmic guidance Peace Serenity Joy And love,” she added.

Fans flooded the comments with compliments, which prompted Lovato to tell them to stop because it was “harmful.”

“Idk who needs to hear this but complimenting someone on their weight loss can be as harmful as complimenting someone on their weight gain in regards to talking to someone in recovery from an eating disorder,” Lovato, 30, wrote at the time.

“If you don’t know someone’s history with food, please don’t comment on their body,” she continued. “Because even if your intention is pure, it might leave that person awake at 2am overthinking that statement.”

The “Camp Rock” star explained that the comments leave her wondering what people thought of her figure before the weight loss.

“Moral of the story: I am more than the shell for my soul that is my body and everyday I fight to remind myself of that, so I’m asking you to please not remind me that that is all people see of me sometimes,” she wrote.
