Grace O'Marcaigh is asserting in legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court that Christian drugged and sexually assaulted her during the 2022 trip, which was initially marketed as a "wholesome family excursion."

The plaintiff, who was 25 at the time of the alleged incident, worked as a steward on the yacht, providing dinner and drink service from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

During this time, she claims to have witnessed a revolving door of suspected s— workers and celebrities engaging in partying and drug use.

The lawsuit also highlights O'Marcaigh's suspicion that bottles of alcohol were tampered with, as women began experiencing symptoms of intoxication, panic, or passing out after consuming only one drink.

How Did Christian Assault The Alleged Victim?

According to the lawsuit, Christian, who had been residing at a villa on shore, frequently joined his famous father in the evenings. The suit alleges that upon his arrival, he was "heavily intoxicated" and displayed inappropriate attention towards her.

Christian then pressured the alleged sexual assault victim to consume shots of tequila, which she believes he brought onboard. After reluctantly taking the shot, O'Marcaigh claims in the lawsuit that Christian became increasingly aggressive and insisted she drink more.

Feeling fearful and suspecting that the tequila had been spiked, O'Marcaigh began to experience its effects rapidly. The situation intensified as Christian allegedly groped her body parts, including her legs, chest, and derrière.

Additionally, the suit includes audio recordings captured by Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jobes, in which O'Marcaigh can be heard declining alcohol and expressing the need to leave.

She is also heard instructing Christian to cease touching her, with background noises resembling kissing. The lawsuit states in part:

"Unfortunately, as the saying has it, the apple does not fall far from the tree. Defendant Sean Combs ('DEFENDANT S. COMBS'), who has also been accused of several acts of sexual assault, rape, sexual violence, and drugging, among other deplorable conduct, is the father of DEFENDANT C. COMBS, who has seemingly taken after his father and the family business of reckless partying, drugging others, sexual violence, and other illegal conduct."

Shortly before getting slammed by these allegations, Christian was apprehended at his father's residence in Los Angeles when Homeland Security Investigations conducted a search authorized by a warrant. However, he was not formally arrested during the incident.

The Blast reported last month that Christian and his brother, Justin Dior, were seen in handcuffs, surrounded by armed agents outside their father's home.

The LA raid was one of two raids that Homeland Security officials carried out amid sex trafficking claims against Diddy. The federal agency issued a statement after the raids, disclosing:

"Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."

Diddy's life has been under a microscope since last November when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, made explosive allegations against him in a lawsuit.

In her legal filing, the singer accused her former partner of reportedly controlling and abusing her for more than ten years.

She asserted that during their relationship, the music mogul allegedly subjected her to drugging and physical violence and coerced her into becoming intimate with multiple male individuals, all of which were presumably recorded on video.

Cassie also recounted occasions when the Bad Boys Records founder turned violent towards her and physically assaulted her simply because he witnessed her talking to another music manager.

Since details of the "Long Way 2 Go" hitmaker's lawsuit went public, others have stepped forward with their own stories regarding Diddy. The rapper has denied all allegations.

Diddy most recently had to speak out after Jane Doe accused him of partaking in a gang r-pe against her when she was in high school.

Responding through his attorney, the embattled hip-hop star emphasized that he "never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to Plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever."

The "Shake Ya Tailfeather" performer also highlighted that the woman's complaint failed to meet "some or all" of the necessary "elements of her claim under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law (VGM)."

Due to his stance of innocence, Diddy declined to comply with Jane Doe's request for restitution regarding the purported incident.
