Diddy has been spotted in public for the first time following Monday’s federal raid on his homes.
Contrary to expectations, the music executive was seen calmly walking around without handcuffs or being on the ground.
Diddy Cannot Control His Nerves In New Video
MEGANew footage released to the media showed that Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was detained for questioning at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on Monday evening.
The 54-year-old was observed nervously pacing after he and his entourage were questioned by Customs agents but remained at liberty as of Monday evening.
An eyewitness informed TMZ that Diddy was waiting for other individuals in his party, who were also stopped and questioned by federal agents during the incident. However, the identities of those accompanying him have not yet been confirmed.

Diddy’s Sons Were Allegedly Arrested During The Unexpected Raid
As already mentioned, the music mogul’s public sighting comes on the heels of his residences in Los Angeles and Miami being raided.
It was reported that both homes were swarmed by heavily armed Homeland Security Investigations agents and other law enforcement officers on Monday afternoon.
While the full details of the raid remain unknown, sources claim that it may be related to the s— trafficking allegations against the Dirty Money founder. Helicopters were observed hovering over the residences, and local law enforcement was on the ground.
Additionally, it has been reported that two of Diddy’s sons were apprehended in the operation. Footage obtained depicted his elder sons, Justin and King Combs, along with an unidentified individual, being handcuffed outside their father’s Los Angeles residence.
The trio was surrounded by armed agents who appeared to be interrogating them. The extent of their involvement in their father’s scandal has yet to be revealed.
Are The Feds Out To Get Diddy?
MEGAWith the dust of the raid barely settled, a representative for Homeland Security Investigations addressed the situation in a statement:
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”
The statement promptly brought to mind the rumors in November 2023 that suggested that the New York Police Department [NYPD] had a file under the name ‘Sean Combs’ as part of a criminal investigation.
However, the law enforcement agency swiftly responded with a statement to quash such speculation:
“Yesterday, a member of the NYPD’s public information office erroneously told a reporter about the apparent existence of an active case file containing the name ‘Sean Combs.’ There is no such investigation at present. Further, the release of such information is not consistent with the internal policies of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information.”
Jane Doe Accused Diddy & Two Others Of Gang Rape
MEGADiddy’s life has been unraveling since his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of abuse, rape, and s-x trafficking last November.
The singer’s move not only opened the “Coming Home” hitmaker up to further legal action but also invited lawsuits from numerous alleged male and female victims.
One such lawsuit came from Jane Doe, who accused Diddy and two other men of perpetrating a gang rape against her during her junior year of high school.
The initial lawsuit, lodged in December, soon became contentious. The alleged perpetrators argued that it was unjust for their accusers to remain anonymous while they faced potential bias due to the widespread reporting of their identities.
The Blast provided an update in February, pointing out that the defendants’ argument seemingly swayed the judge and potentially paved the way for the public revelation of Jane Doe.
Notably, the court documents stated that Doe’s identity would only be disclosed if the sexual assault lawsuit moved forward.
Diddy Rebuffed The Allegations In His Own Filing
MEGAMeanwhile, Diddy addressed Doe’s claims in legal filings, firmly denying any involvement in the alleged gang rape.
Represented by his lawyer, the rapper emphasized that he “never engaged in, witnessed, or had any knowledge of any wrongdoing, whether sexual or otherwise, involving Plaintiff under any circumstances.”
Diddy, maintaining his stance of innocence, refused to comply with Doe’s request for relief regarding the alleged incident.
His defense dropped ten points, with one asserting that the woman failed to substantiate a claim warranting relief and another describing her allegations as “unconstitutional.”
Ultimately, the “I’ll Be Missing You” performer requested a jury trial to adjudicate the case.
Additionally, he sought dismissal of the complaint with prejudice in all respects, reimbursement of attorney’s fees and other expenses, and any other relief the court deemed appropriate.
