It makes sense: if you’ve just become a billionaire, you should probably throw your wife a pretty good birthday party.

Page Six is told that DraftKings co-founder Jason Robins — who became a billionaire in March after stock in the betting site went through the roof — rented the New England Patriots’ stadium Thursday for wife Shannon’s big day and put on a mini-festival with Beck, the Dave Matthews Band and David Spade on the lineup.

A partygoer tells us that “Saturday Night Live” legend Spade quipped during his set, “There is a lot of money flying around tonight. Not everyone rents out Gillette Stadium for their wife’s birthday. Last year I got my girlfriend a Slinky.”

He also joked, “I actually use DraftKings. And I think I paid for this whole party with my losing fantasy football lineups lately. I blame [struggling Kansas City Chiefs quarter back] Patrick Mahomes.”

Jason has credited his wife, with whom he has two sons, with helping to build the company.

We’re told Matthews played for 45 minutes and guests included former Ravens star Ray Lewis and former Browns player Bernie Kosar.

Forty-year-old Robins, who is also the CEO of the booming company, founded the firm in 2011 with three other people he met while working at the marketing products firm Vistaprint.

Back in March as his net worth passed the billion-dollar mark, money mag Forbes reported, “DraftKings stock took off on Wednesday after a rosy forecast that wowed Wall Street and made a billionaire out of co-founder and CEO Jason Robins.”

“Shares of the daily fantasy and sports-betting company jumped more than 11% Wednesday to close at $69.29 after an investor presentation a day earlier that saw the company raise its long-term net revenue projection from $3.7 billion to $5.4 billion,” it wrote.
