Drew Carey freaks out over Phish show in Las Vegas, ‘I met God tonight’

The place to be for certain stars and stoners over the weekend was Phish’s shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas.

The psychedelic act’s Sin City gigs were even trippier than usual thanks to the $2.3 billion venue’s 168,000 speakers and mind-melting 160,000-square-foot LED screen with 16K imagery.

We hear that fans of the jam band seen at the show included director Ron Howard, Vanessa Hudgens, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Jon Batiste, “Simpsons” creator Matt Groening, Drew Carey and more.

Carey was so blown away by the spectacle that the comic and “Price Is Right” host tweeted of the experience, “I swear I just talked to God . . . I would give you all my money, stick my d–k in a blender and swear off p—y for the rest of my life in exchange for this. Bro I met God tonight for real. I feel like I just got saved by Jesus no lie.”

And unlike U2’s recent 40-show residency at the same venue, Phish had different imagery each evening.

The band is now gearing up to play a summer fest in rural Delaware.

But some Phish heads are already wondering how any further live show can live up to the trippy heights of the Sphere.

The Post was first to report that Phish would play the Sphere, and also that Dead & Co. and John Mayer will play the venue.
