Emma Hernan has a house with Peter Cornell — the ex she shares with “Selling Sunset” co-star Christine Quinn — Page Six has exclusively learned.
Despite the two brushing off dating rumors for months, real estate records we’ve obtained reveal that Hernan, 32, purchased a single-family home in West Hollywood, Calif., in 2017 — and added Cornell, 45, as a second owner as recently as August 2021.
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom property boasts a market value over $2.8 million.
The timing of Cornell’s addition to the property’s mortgage seems suspect, given Hernan’s rep told Page Six in November 2021 that the exes have been broken up since 2018.
However, a source told us that Cornell was listed in the August 2021 record because that’s when the house was refinanced.
“Emma and Peter bought the investment property in 2017 together,” the insider explained, though Cornell is not listed in the 2017 record. “They bought it together as an investment property and they have kept the property as it’s a good investment.”
The source added that Hernan is “currently single and dating other people.”
“[Emma and Peter] continue to be good friends and do business together,” the source said. “Emma owns several properties with other individuals.”

A few months ago, the “friendly” exes were seen grabbing brunch in West Hollywood. And just last week, the Netflix star and retired pro basketball player were photographed grabbing a bite to eat at Kings Road Cafe.
A day later, a Page Six spy spotted the duo cozying up to each other as they strolled along Sunset Boulevard near The Oppenheim Group’s Sunset Plaza office, where they both work.
“Emma and Peter definitely looked like a couple,” the onlooker told us of the rumored pair. “When they crossed the street, Peter placed his hand on Emma’s back, making sure she got to the other side safely. It was really sweet.”
Hernan and Cornell have sparked dating rumors for months due to several sightings in California.WireimageHowever, a close friend of Hernan also dismissed to Page Six that any hangout sessions meant the pair are hooking up.
The insider told us, “Emma is single and loving it, and really busy with her business. Season 5 of the show is coming out [soon]. It’s a really busy time for her.”
The pal maintained that the blond beauty is “dating other people” and “not dating Peter,” and that she and Cornell are not “exes with benefits.”
The source added, “She’s a young, attractive woman, [so she’s dating around].”
We’re told the “Selling Sunset” cast is not buying what Hernan and her inner circle are selling, though.
“Emma’s co-stars strongly believe that she and Peter are back together,” an insider close to the Netflix show recently said. “She certainly hasn’t been acting single lately.”
An insider said in response to the cast’s speculation, “They’ve been friends for years, they’re co-workers. I’m sorry if there are people who work with them that are saying it, but it’s just absolutely not true.”

However, Hernan maintained that her ex-fiancé was single when they first got together.
Hernan’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s multiple requests for comment on Hernan and Cornell’s shared property.
