Halsey Tells Fans ‘Let Me Live’ After Revealing Multiple Medical Ailments

And ‘IT’ as in trash comments on social media.

The singer, who goes by she/they pronouns, recently revealed they have been suffering from multiple ailments since giving birth to their son, Ender, in July.

Earlier this month, they took to TikTok to share a very comical video revealing all of their allergies.

Halsey was drinking a green tea while listening to Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams.”

Over the video they wrote, “Just found out I’m allergic to coffee so there goes my entire personality.”

They proceeded to list a TON of other foods they can no longer consume foods like: potatoes, garlic, spinach, ginger, corn, milk, wheat, crab, carrots, peppers, shrimp, bananas, peanuts, blueberries, and a lot more.

One fan commented, “So sorry for your loss with the garlic,” to which Halsey replied, “The Italian in me is weeping.”

They followed up their TikTok video with an Instagram story on May 9 to further explain what is going on.

“So, I know that a lot of you guys have been wondering what’s been going on with my health and some of you saw a TikTok I posted yesterday basically confirming that I’m literally allergic to everything. So, I just wanted to give you a little update,” they said on their IG Story. “Obviously, my health has changed a lot you know since I got pregnant and gave birth. And I started getting really, really sick and I’ve been kind of sick pretty much most of my adult life, but it started getting really bad. I was hospitalized for anaphylaxis a few times.”

Despite being extremely candid with their fans, some people either didn’t get the memo or felt the need to be cruel for the sake of being cruel.

On Wednesday, May 18, Halsey uploaded yet another TikTok video to respond to social media comments.

In the video, Halsey looks absolutely stunning with wild and curly hair.

Halsey’s caption said it all!

“’U look sick’ BC I AM! LET ME LIVE!” they wrote.

via GIPHYPrior to issuing this poignant message, Halsey explained that these illnesses didn’t take over her body overnight.“I didn’t ‘just get sick,’ I’ve been sick. For a long time. My sickness just have their names now,” they explained. “I went to doctors for 8 years. Trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I was called crazy and anxious and lazy amongst many other things. I changed my entire lifestyle. When I wasn’t working I was essentially confined to my home for fear of how I’d feel when I woke up each morning.”Halsey explained its taken time to get someone to diagnosis their condition, given it’s been a year that they’ve been wondering what was going on with their body.“It took me a long time to get to even having a diagnosis so I’m celebrating,” they wrote.Driving the point home, Halsey wrote, “Don’t roll your eyes at your sick friends. They could be fighting a battle that they haven’t named yet.
