Hilaria Baldwin urges Alec to ‘dial down the negative noise’ on 64th birthday

Hilaria Baldwin has shared an emotional message to her husband, Alec Baldwin, in honor of his 64th birthday, urging the actor to “dial down the negative noise” after his deadly on-set shooting.

“You ask me from time to time, in your darkest, saddest moments, if I were to know all of what we would go through, 11 years ago when we met, would I walk away?” Hilaria wrote on Instagram on Sunday.

“You apologize through tears as to what some of this famous life has brought. You feel as though you roped me into being a sitting target. I don’t see it this way and the answer to your question is: I’d do it a million times, Alec,” the 38-year-old former yoga instructor continued.

“The joyful moments, the scary moments, the passion, the sadness, the amazing people, the frustration, the confusion, the adventure, the laughter…the being a wife and a mother. Yes, Alec…I’d sign up for it, again and again,” she wrote.

Hilaria shared the message along with a photo of Alec holding Hilaria from behind as the couple faces a throng of journalists.

“I know that life is both sweet and bitter. Here you are, in this photo, at the beginning of our relationship, holding me tight. I was so nervous with all those cameras. But it was safe and stable, as I leaned back, in your arms. That’s where our power together has always been..and may we always come back to this,” Hilaria added.

She urged her husband to “live life” and “enjoy each moment.”

“Dial down the negative noise. It is a distraction from what life is about. The devil creeping in in an attempt to cheapen your time on earth. You are a man who has lived amazing moments, given to so many, and have suffered incredible pain that has left such a visible mark of trauma,” Hilaria said.

“We are here to help you heal and get back to YOU, as we all love you, Alec…me, your children, your family, your friends…and so many people who are reading this now,” she added.

“We want you to celebrate life and live it to its fullest. You deserve this and so much more. We love you and happy birthday.”

Late last month, Hilaria showed off her growing baby bump for the first time since announcing she and Baldwin are expecting their seventh child.

They are already parents to daughters Carmen, 8, and María Lucía, 13 months, and sons Rafael, 6, Leonardo, 5, Romeo, 3, and Eduardo “Edu,” 18 months.

Hilaria recently announced she would be taking a break from social media amid Alec’s wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Halyna Hutchins, the “Rust” cinematographer killed in the on-set shooting.

Baldwin is accused of firing the single bullet that hit and killed Hutchins, then exited her body and struck director Joel Souza in the clavicle, while filming the Western flick in New Mexico on Oct. 21.

The actor has claimed in a weepy interview that he had no idea there were real bullets in the gun and that he “didn’t pull the trigger.”
