Inside Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss’ new $42.5M NYC penthouse

Venture capitalist Joshua Kushner and supermodel Karlie Kloss are buying a sprawling New York City penthouse listed for a whopping $42.5 million.

Although it is unclear what the final sale price will be, according to the Wall Street Journal, it’s likely they’ll score the massive pad for quite a bargain, as the Nolita residence was developed by the Kushner family’s real estate empire.

The deal is for the last remaining unit of the Puck Penthouses in the historic Puck Building, which was acquired by Kushner Companies more than three decades ago.

The company was once led by his brother, Jared Kushner — Donald Trump’s former advisor. Joshua, 36, does not currently hold a role at Kushner Cos.

Instead, Joshua is at the helm of Thrive Capital — a venture capital firm he launched in 2009 that now controls an estimated $9 billion in assets — while Kloss, 29, is the founder of Kode With Klossy, a free coding camp for girls.

Known as Penthouse 1, the duplex residence — which spans more than 7,200 square feet and includes five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms — also encompasses an outdoor area that stretches more than 5,100 square feet, according to the listing.

Luxury amenities include a library, gym, home theater, wine cellar and landscaped private terraces with a yoga lawn, putting green, spa tub and wet bar.

Upon entry, an elevator opens to a grand atrium, which leads to the double living room with a fireplace and an expansive north-facing terrace, which also holds a fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by La Cornue, Sub Zero, Wolf and Smeg. The seven-room grand prime suite offers city views with two large dressing rooms and two baths with custom finishes and a sitting room with a fireplace. The additional bedrooms have en-suite marble baths.

The unit was initially listed in 2015 for $66 million and has glided on and off the market since, property records show.
