On Friday night, the 29-year-old fitness influencer took to Instagram to share a few beach snaps that feature her not in a steamy bikini, but in a long-sleeve swimsuit that still doesn’t leave much to the imagination!

In a recent Instagram post, the popular fitness model put her sunned buns on display as she shared a trio of sultry snaps with her Instagram followers. In one photo, she is leaning forward with her hands on her thighs and grinning as she flaunts her famous booty for the cheeky snap.

Her long wet hair trails over one shoulder, where fans can make out a section of fabric cut out of the back of her swimsuit. The long-sleeve multi-color material trails down her arms, keeping her warm as she hits the beach in January!

Jen Tells Her Followers To Let Go Of The Things They Can’t Control

In another shot, the New York native looks down and to the side as she strikes a pose, resting one hand in her hair and tugging up on the strap of her bathing suit as she shows off the one-piece swimsuit from the front. The material curves around her chest like a bra, leaving a cut-out in the front of the fabric to show off the definition in her toned abs.

Jen didn’t share the location of which beach she was visiting. In the caption, she wrote, “Let go of the things you can’t control. Focus on what you can control, that’s where your power is” alongside a yellow star emoji.

In the third and final snap of the Instagram carousel, Jen stopped smiling as she smoldered for the camera, posing with both hands behind her head. Fans loved her caption, with one fan adding, “Focus on things that matter also. Sometimes, we try to control everything that we can and it spreads us thin.”

Another follower said that the post gave them “younger, fitter Sandra Bullock vibes.” A third fan told her that her booty pic was going to be their new screensaver while yet another follower agreed that the booty pic was her most “sexiest and beautiful” pose yet!

There Is No Yolkin’ Around In Jen’s Kitchen!

In addition to being a fitness enthusiast, Jen is also a massive foodie who loves to cook for her followers! In her recent Instagram video, Jen shows her followers how to make star-shaped egg muffins set to the tune of “All Around The World.”

“Let’s get eggy,” Jen says in the video, pointing out the blue eggs she’s using. As she starts cooking, she holds her pet pooch, Gram, under one arm, and he almost knocks something off the counter! Fortunately, the rest of the video goes smoothly as she placed her egg batter in star-shaped silicone muffins.

“Just yolkin around over here!!” Jen wrote in the caption. “Grab your #eggs and let’s prep some muffins!! ( still not over these blue Boys … and the prices) I added some tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and cheese!”

To make the recipe, Jen told her followers to preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 12-cup capacity muffin tin with nonstick oil spray or use a silicone baking cup. Then, bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set. She suggests letting them cool slightly then serve, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days and reheat when ready to serve.

“Enjoy and have an EGG-celent day,” Jen concluded. Although some fans usually talk about her gym set or her toned abs, today, all fans were talking about were eggs! “Eggs? In this economy?” one fan asked.

“With the cost of eggs nowadays, that’s like a $100 dollar breakfast,” another follower joked. “Egg muffins? Delicious,” a third fan chimed in.

“Yes, some chicken breeds actually lay blue eggs. What’s funny is one breed is called the Easter egger because they lay different other colors. But also the Araucana and the Americana lay blue eggs. Sad I know this. Just got 10 new chicks last month,” another follower shared, prompting Jen to reply, “Oh wow I need to do my research haha.”
