Johnny Depp laughs in court as bodyguard is asked if he saw actor’s penis

Johnny Depp can’t stop giggling in court — this time over his bodyguard being asked if he’s ever seen the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star’s exposed penis.

On Friday, the defamation trial against Depp’s ex Amber Heard, which has already featured photos of feces, severed digits and melted ice cream, included a discussion about Depp’s penis.

In a Zoom testimony, Heard’s lawyer Malcolm Connolly — who still works for the actor — was asked about whether it’s true or not that Depp was urinating in the foyer of the home he and Heard were renting in Australia in 2015 while filming “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.”

Connolly agreed that he had heard noises from inside the home and when he entered, saw Depp in the foyer.

“And Mr. Depp was trying to urinate in the foyer, wasn’t he?” the lawyer inquired, to which Connolly replied, “No.”

“Mr. Depp had his penis out, didn’t he?” the lawyer continued.

“I think I would’ve remembered seeing Mr. Depp’s penis,” quipped the British bodyguard reducing Depp and others to gales of laughter.

The alleged peeing incident is what is said to have prompted a fight between the pair that resulted in part of Depp’s finger being severed.

The infamous Australian abode is also where the couple’s two Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo, were held after they were illegally smuggled into the country.

The “Blow” star, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for defamation over a 2018 op-ed she penned for The Washington Post about surviving domestic violence, although she did not mention him by name in the article.

The couple met on the set of the 2011 movie “The Rum Diary” and wed in 2015.

But the marriage was short-lived. They broke up in May 2016, with Heard accusing the actor of abuse, charges he denied. They settled their divorce in August 2016.
