No amount of Botox could prevent Kyle Richards from raising her eyebrows at Erika Jayne’s “unbelievable” story about her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.
In Wednesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Richards, 52, questioned an alibi from Jayne, 50, who detailed a perplexing string of alleged events involving the disgraced attorney, 82, and her adult son, Tommy, from a previous relationship.
“Tom’s house was broken into and he confronted the burglar and then had to have eye surgery, and then my son had to go over and help,” Jayne breathlessly blurted out, befuddling Richards.
“And then my son, he rolled his car over five times on the way home. Yeah, I’m under a lot of stress.”
Richards learned that Jayne had kept Girardi’s episode and subsequent hospital visit a secret from the cast during a recent get-together at Garcelle Beauvais’ home.
“There seems to be a pattern. We’ll spend time with Erika and then find out later there was this big situation in her life going on that she didn’t share with us,” Richards said. “When Erika withholds information, she just makes it hard to be able to support her.”

Years prior, she only mentioned an ankle injury from the accident to her castmates.
In Wednesday’s “RHOBH” episode, Richards also noted that Jayne previously spoke highly of her relationship with Girardi during a group trip to Lake Tahoe — mere days before the singer filed for divorce in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage.
“So, if Tom was burglarized, how’d you find out? Tom confronted the burglars? Did they do anything to him?” Richards questioned in a confessional. “And what about your son? Was he hurt? His car flipped? Is he OK?”
She added, “This story obviously sounds unbelievable. That’s the only word I can think of. It sounds unbelievable. Does that mean I don’t believe her? No. But it’s unbelievable.”

A class-action lawsuit filed against Jayne and Girardi in December 2020 claimed that their divorce was “simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect [their] money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK.”
As Jayne’s legal woes continue to play out on screen, her “RHOBH” friendships are quickly dissipating behind the scenes.
Page Six exclusively reported last week that the “Pretty Mess” author’s “only friend left” at the moment is Lisa Rinna.
“Lisa is the only friend left because this week’s episode is hard for her to watch with some of the women making fun of her,” a source told us.
