More like “Emily in Pain.”

Lily Collins revealed she had to see a foot doctor on a weekly basis while filming “Emily in Paris,” because her tootsies were in so much discomfort from hobbling across cobblestone streets in designer stilettos.

“I actually literally went to a podiatrist every week to fix my feet because I was wearing heels all the time,” Collins told Jimmy Fallon during Tuesday’s episode of “The Tonight Show.”

“I had to have, like, insoles made for every pair of shoes.”

She added, “I’m not kidding. I felt pretty ancient.”

The actress, 33, added that if the show were to continue filming a spinoff in other cities, she would prefer that her character wear flats instead of heels, jokingly calling the show, “Emily in Flats.”

But Collins may have been suffering in silence, as her costume designer on the show, Patricia Field, exclusively told Page Six Style that the daughter of Phil Collins seemingly had no problem strutting around in pricey pumps.

Field said that Collins had specifically requested to wear Christian Louboutin heels on set, telling us in October last year, “I guess she managed, as she never expressed any difficulty in movement.”

Collins has been open about the lack of “comfort” in her “Emily in Paris” wardrobe, saying in November that in Season 2, “there are literally no sweatpants.”

“The brightness and boldness and fun and sense of humor Emily has in her wardrobe enhances her personality, especially coming out of COVID where comfort was everything,” Collins told Australian Vogue at the time.

She added, “Not everything felt super comfortable after COVID, but it was really nice to have fun with fashion again in the most heightened way possible.”

Not super comfortable, indeed.
