Lisa Rinna posts disheveled selfie from Paris: ‘Nothing’s gonna help’

C’est la vie.

Lisa Rinna has perhaps been enjoying her trip to Paris Fashion Week a little too much, as the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star gave fans a glimpse at her makeup-free reality Thursday.

The Bravolebrity posted an Instagram video from her hotel room — seemingly at the end of a long day in the City of Light — and laughed at her out-of-control hair and appearance.

“I’m not gonna lie, I’m really having a good time,” she said with a giggle. “Fashion week is fun.”

She captioned the selfie “Send help.”

In another video on the balcony of the hotel room, Rinna has her face slathered with Tata Harper Clarifying Mask ($75), a bright green blemish-busting treatment.

“Nothing’s gonna help but, we can try,” she quipped.

The reality star, 59, sat front row at the Kenzo, Ashi Studio and Viktor & Rolf shows, with fellow “RHOBH” Erika Jayne joining her at the former.

And while it doesn’t appear that Rinna got an invite to Jean Paul Gaultier’s show, her daughter Amelia Hamlin made her couture runway debut for the fashion brand, which is now helmed by Haider Ackermann.

Rinna announced she’ll be leaving “RHOBH” earlier this month after eight seasons on the show, sparking heated reactions from her co-stars, including foes Lisa Vanderpump, Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais.

She got candid about her exit in an interview shortly after, saying she “f—king hated” her last season after a “smear campaign” following her fight with Kathy Hilton in Aspen.

Perhaps she’ll campaign for a “Real Housewives of Paris” spinoff.
