Madonna is at it again and has “absolutely no regrets.”
The “Vogue” singer, 63, posted another heavily filtered video to Instagram Sunday that made her face look like a weird cartoon character with massive lips and pink sunglasses.
Madonna began the clip by licking a cookie and then taking a swig of water before intoning, “It’s so horrible when you have something in your throat and you don’t know what it is.”
An unidentified man in the background (naturally) agreed with the Grammy winner and made a NSFW joke: “That’s what they say.”
“No, seriously, it’s like some weird fur,” Madonna explained.
The pop star then admired one of her many items of jewelry, an IceLink necklace, calling it “dope” but “not even real.”
“But everything about this filter is real,” she proclaimed, seemingly as a joke. “It’s really, really cute.”
Finally, Madonna announced, “I’m finished,” made some funny faces while wagging her tongue and concluded, “Absolutely no regrets.”

“Bratt doll queen,” another wrote, referring to the Bratz toys with big, glossy lips.
Last month, Madonna shocked fans when she posted what viewers deemed an “unsettling” video on TikTok featuring a close-up of her face and oversize lips while rocking back and forth toward the camera without saying a word.

In November 2021, the “Evita” star shared photos of herself clad in lingerie, fishnet stockings and Christian Louboutin heels while writhing on a bed.
