Marcus Jordan claps back at Larsa Pippen ‘rewriting history’ for ‘clout’ post-breakup

Marcus Jordan clapped back at ex Larsa Pippen for “rewriting history” following their second breakup.

The son of famed NBA player Michael Jordan appeared to slam the “Real Housewives of Miami” star for seeking “clout” by telling podcast hosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes that Marcus wasn’t her “guy.”

“I wasn’t born last night. Rewriting history for clout is not cute,” Marcus, 33, wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Story. “Funny how ppl change, just to be part of a conversation that’s irrelevant. Why give shorty a heart, when she rather have press. Ooooohhh thats [sic] nerve.”

Pippen, 49, and Jordan broke up for the first time in early February but reconciled just in time for Valentine’s Day; however, the second-chance romance didn’t last, and the now-former couple split again in March.

“Larsa really just wants to focus on herself. The relationship felt all-consuming,” a source told us of the breakup, noting that Pippen’s friends and “RHOM” castmates are “excited to have more fun” with the Bravolebrity in her single era.

Confirming that she’s “single and ready to mingle,” the Bravolebrity told Holmes and Robach this week that they were on “different journeys.”

“I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing and what he’s doing, you know? I want him to be happy,” Pippen shared. “He’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me.”

Pippen also denied that the reason for her split from Marcus had anything to do with their 16-year age gap, sharing that she has dated guys who were “way older” than the former basketball player and “way more immature.”

“I don’t think it’s the age,” she said, doubling down. “I just think it’s where we are right now.”

The reality star said she found “clarity” about her feelings toward Marcus while she was away for two weeks filming a show.

“I think when you’re alone, you kind of either miss the person or realize maybe you’re not my guy, and I feel like that made me realize that I don’t think he’s my guy,” she explained.

Pippen, who shares four children with her ex-husband, Scottie Pippen, told the former broadcast journalists that she’s focusing on her family and her career.

The exes first sparked dating rumors in September 2022 and went Instagram-official in January 2023.
