Eminem was one of many artists who lit up the stage during the epic halftime show at Sunday night’s Super Bowl.
But it wasn’t his performance of his 2002 hit “Lose Yourself” that grabbed fans’ attention — it was his oddly dark eyebrows.
Social media wasted no time expressing their confusion over the 49-year-old rapper’s new look.
“Eminem got fake eyebrows!” one person wrote, while another added, “Who let Eminem out with those eyebrows though…”
Meanwhile, one fan called Eminem’s eyebrows “hella funny.” And someone even asked, “Did Eminem draw his eyebrows on with a sharpie?”
Someone lamented that they were unable to enjoy the other performers — including Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent and Kendrick Lamar — fixated as they were on Eminem’s bold brows.
“Good halftime show!” the individual tweeted. “But honestly Eminem’s eyebrow’s were a little distracting.”
