NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend files for divorce from wife who’s suing ‘RHOA’ alum

NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend has filed for divorce from his wife after six years of marriage, according to a new report.

Nyonisela Sioh listed his and Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh’s date of separation as Sept. 19, 2021, TMZ reported, and specifically noted they haven’t cohabitated or had marital relations since then — which may have been included in light of Tehmeh-Sioh’s lawsuit against the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star.

Page Six has reached out to the North Carolina court for the documents.

Tehmeh-Sioh sued Leakes in late May, claiming the reality star’s tryst with Sioh caused her separation.

The court documents, obtained by Page Six at the time, alleged that Sioh and Tehmeh-Sioh “enjoyed a genuine happy marital relationship” and an “active sexual relationship” prior to his involvement with Leakes.

Tehmeh-Sioh also claimed the former Bravolebrity and her now-estranged husband, a fashion designer, “engaged in an ongoing romantic, uninhibited, and adulterous affair.”

The filing then explained how Tehmeh-Sioh faced “embarrassment, humiliation and disgrace” when Leakes posted “intimate pictures” with Sioh on social media on Dec. 15.

Leakes, 54, denied all of Tehmeh-Sioh’s allegations and shut down claims that she was a “husband stealer.”

“[There’s] a lot going on in the world. I’m already out here a husband stealer, and this is too much,” she said on Instagram Live one day after the news of the lawsuit broke. “Ain’t nobody out here stealing husbands. Are they? I would never.”

Leakes, whose husband, Gregg Leakes, died of cancer in September 2021, went on to say that she has seen “a lot of single people,” joking that “nobody wants to steal nobody else’s problems.”

“So nonetheless, I love you guys,” she added.
