She’s ready to enter her MILF stage.
Kailyn Lowry revealed that she wants to get Ozempic injections and a mommy makeover after she welcomes her twins, which will officially make her a mom of seven.
“I’m scared. I’m ready for 2024 ’cause I need to get Ozempic shots or something,” she admitted on a pre-recorded episode of her “Baby Mamas No Drama” podcast Tuesday when discussing how hard it is to lose weight as an adult.
Lowry’s co-host, Vee Rivera, then asked if the former MTV star would get another “mommy makeover.”
“Yeah, it was the best decision I ever made. The worst decision I ever made was not waiting until I was done having kids,” she confessed.
“I’m scared. I’m ready for 2024 ’cause I need to get Ozempic shots or something,” she admitted in a pre-recorded episode of her podcast. kaillowry/InstagramLowry, who got a body makeover in 2016, said she “maintained the f–k” out of her post-surgery body at that time. However, she ended up getting pregnant with son Lux, whom she welcomed in August 2017.
“I was in the gym five days a week. If you’re going to get plastic surgery you have to maintain it,” she said, adding that the surgery is only a “jump start” to a life change.
Though Lowry wants to try to go under the knife again, she admitted that she isn’t certain if the process will yield the same results a second time.

She explained to listeners that a person’s body mass index (BMI) has to be “below 31” because the complications increase when you’re “overweight.”
Lowry said she is getting a breast reduction “no matter what.” kaillowry/Instagram“Before my mommy makeover, I had to go get a bunch of tests and then a doctor had to approve that I was like, in healthy condition in order to get [it] — because it’s going to be like, a lot of blood loss, a lot of stitches and healing,” the mom of five said.
“I almost needed a blood transfusion during my surgery and then second, I’ve been anemic ever since. Like, I’ve never not been anemic since 2016.”
However, despite the potential dangers of surgery, Lowry said she is planning to get a breast reduction “no matter what.”

The former MTV personality documented her journey to motherhood on Season 2 of “16 and Pregnant” in 2010. She welcomed her eldest son, Isaac, now 13, with Jo Rivera that January.
Lowry then gave birth to son Lincoln, 9, with Javi Marroquin in 2013, as well as sons Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with Chris Lopez, in 2017 and 2020, respectively.
