Model Paulina Porizkova took a short beach vacation last month to relax and unwind.

There are still some photos and videos that her followers haven’t seen, however. On Wednesday night, the author of “No Filter: The Good, The Bad, and The Beautiful” took to Instagram to share a video featuring some highlights from her trip to the beach, which also happen to feature her splashing around in the ocean in a red bikini!

In her latest Instagram post, the 57-year-old fashion model shared a compilation of fun snaps that featured her splashing around in the ocean in a red bikini.

The song in the clip is Henry Mancini & His Orchestra’s “Two for the Road” remastered instrumental. Over the video are words from a book of essays called “On Living” by Kerry Egan. “Kerry is a Harvard educated former chaplain,” Paulina explained. “In this book of essays, both heartwarming and devastating, she here talks about the regrets of people on their deathbeds.”

Paulina copy and pasted an excerpt from the book that read:

“There are many regrets and unfulfilled wishes that patients have shared with me in the months or weeks before they die. But the time wasted spent hating their bodies, ashamed, abusing it or letting it be abused— the years, decades, or, in some cases, while lives that people spent not appreciating their body until they were so close to leaving it—are some of the saddest.”

“Too often, it’s only as people realize that they will lose their bodies that they finally appreciate how truly wonderful the body is.”

“So they talk about their favorite memories of their bodies. The feel of the water the first time they went skinny dipping. The smell of their babies heads. The breeze on their skin that time they made love outside. And dancing.”

“If only I had known, I would have danced more.

“So, dance. And taste and smell and feel,” Paulina concluded. “And love the body, your body, that makes it all possible.” Many fans loved her post, with one follower commenting, “This is so important for women to hear! Thank you for sharing!”

This Isn’t The Only Video Paulina Has Shared From Her Ocean Getaway!

Back in January, the “Anna” actress took to Instagram to share another video of her in the ocean. This time, she is wearing a colorful drawstring bikini as she walks out of the ocean towards the camera in a video clip set to Weezer’s “Island In The Sun.”

“I was trying to walk out of the water all swinging hips and sexy, but was undercut by the currents, waves and dips in the sand. Oh, and my hip arthritis,” Paulina admitted in the caption.

“I will be turning 58 soon, and couldn’t appreciate my body more. It takes a lot of work, especially with the janky hips. I lift weights now, inspired by @dolphinine and @trainwithjoan and have to do PT, and have been on the 16/8 fast for a few years,” she continued.

“Staying in shape takes much more time and effort, but it allows me to fully inhabit this shell I was given at birth, something I took for granted most of my life. But not anymore,” she concluded. “Now it’s a deliberate decision to allow it to work as best as it can, being grateful for its ability to move me through the world to keep harvesting the beauty of it all. Pain included.”

Paulina Is Looking To Be ‘Grateful’ For What Life Has To Offer

In another Instagram photo, Paulina snapped a selfie with Czech-American writer Martina Forman. “The ladies fresh from the boat. Well, plane, actually. And then a taxi. But here we are, a tropical paradise for a week to refuel,” she wrote in the caption.

“Meanwhile, there are mass shootings, Oscar nominations, ongoing war, and executions for protesting women’s rights,” she continued. “Our world is now structured so that we have information at our fingertips wherever we are. Which makes it hard to not to feel guilty when taking pleasure.”

“This week I will try to carve out a little time to just be grateful for what I have,” she added. “Live in my present to refuel so I can rejoin the fray with batteries fully charged.”

Many fans loved her words of wisdom, with jewelry designer Margo Manhattan commenting, “We can’t save everyone we can only save ourselves & be the best example.”
