Shanna Moakler issued protective order against Matthew Rondeau: report

Shanna Moakler has been issued an emergency protective order against her on again-off again boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau.

Docs obtained by Us Weekly confirm an officer granted the Miss USA alum, 46, the protective order against the “Murder Party” star, 29, after he was charged with felony domestic violence on Thursday.

The report also detailed the alleged dispute between the pair, stating, “[Rondeau] grabbed victim by the hair, [swinging] her by hair on the ground.” Rondeau then “grabbed [Moakler’s] face and neck, threw chair at victim and urinated on [her], leaving visible injuries.”

Officers on the scene also noted in the police report that firearms were seized.

Moakler, who has been dating the actor since 2020, hasn’t filed a restraining order, and the emergency protective order is only valid until the morning of March 3.

According to the document, he must not “harass, attack, strike, threaten, [or] assault” the “Celebrity Big Brother” star nor contact her “by any means.” He must also stay at least 100 yards away from her and move out of her home immediately.

Page Six previously reported the pair got back together in October 2021, after taking a break from their relationship. However, he grew jealous when she began competing on “Celebrity Big Brother” earlier this month and unfollowed her on Instagram.

The pair later said they were “working” on things and were even spotted on a romantic outing just last week.

Their relationship took a turn for the worst when Rondeau lashed out at Moakler on social media, calling her a number of slurs and expletives before alleging she cheated.

TMZ reported that the aspiring actor had been arguing with the ex-wife of Travis Barker since Wednesday, and things allegedly “became physical” the next morning.

After he was arrested, Rondeau was quick to refute the allegations on Instagram.

“You know I’d never lay a hand on another Woman. My Mother is my Angel and my Best Friend. She raised me right,” he wrote on his IG Story.

The actor said he was “safe” and “moving forward” but “in complete disbelief” and “drained.”

“The love of my life has made me out to be the villain,” Rondeau concluded.

Meanwhile, Moakler told us via her manager, David Weintraub, that “social media saved her life.”

“She is OK and survived this traumatic experience,” Weintraub said. “Thankfully the police saved her from harm’s way and she is doing fine. At the moment, she asks that she is given her space to adjust to life after this trauma.”
