Morgan’s home features five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, an 800-square-foot basement, a secret elevator, a sauna, a gym, a library and custom mosaic floors in the entry.

The house also has spa-like primary bathrooms and a spacious living area that opens to an enchanting garden that comes complete with a fountain and a koi pond.

“This townhouse has been our cherished home for decades,” Morgan, 60, said in a statement. “In addition to raising my daughter here, we entertained heads of state, royalty, luminaries and Fortune 500 CEOs. Many memories were made over the years, including hosting my daughter’s friends from boarding school and university, and so many noteworthy moments were filmed by NBC for Bravo and Peacock TV.

“Now, as an empty nester, I am ready to share this turnkey, easy-to-manage jewel over to someone new to enjoy as we did.”

The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” alum’s home has been on and off the market since 2013. It was initially listed for $9.95 million.

After Morgan filed for bankruptcy in 2010, court documents revealed that she was almost $20 million in debt, with more than $13 million in assets. The case was settled five years later and she was allowed to keep her lavish townhome.

“The auction process aligns with my goal to sell at market value in an efficient and timely manner,” Morgan said in her statement. “It’s now finally the time to take advantage of the moment.”

Morgan starred on “RHONY” from 2010 to 2021. She is currently touring in the US on the “Sonja In Your City” comedy tour.
