Tennis champ Emma Raducanu scores invite to the Met Gala

Newly crowned US Open champ Emma Raducanu has snagged a last-minute invite to the Met Gala, Page Six can reveal.

Fresh off her win against Canadian teen Leylah Fernandez — and its attendant $2.5 million check — the 18-year-old Brit will be on the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Monday night.

Vogue doyenne Anna Wintour is a legendary tennis fan and Raducanu can be seen modeling in the October issue of British Vogue.

Raducanu — who is yet to be reunited with her parents, left unable to watch her compete due to pandemic restrictions — posted a photo of herself posing against a giant billboard of herself Monday, saying: “Sightseeing in NY, never thought I would see this … coolest thing.”

Following her historical win, Raducanu — who only took her college exams earlier this summer — is poised to become, in the words of publicist Mark Borkowski, “a billion-dollar girl” and score a raft of sponsorship deals.

“I think Emma will earn well over $100 million [in the next calendar year]. She’ll eclipse all the men,” said Jonathan Shalit, the chairman of InterTalent Group, a London-based talent management agency.

It’s not yet known what designer Raducanu will wear, but she will join a host of sports personalities including Olympians Suni Lee, Allyson Felix and F1 champ Lewis Hamilton, who as Page Six revealed, has bought a table at the Gala and invited black sports stars.

Wintour was in the stands at Flushing Meadows Sunday to watch Russia’s Daniil Medvedev beat Novak Djokovic, alongside her pregnant daughter Bee Shaffer.
